My digestion is so bad at the moment, to the point where I hardly eat anything because I know if I do I'll feel like shit afterwards. I envy those people that can eat whatever they want and feel great. I'm terrified.

Working in with weather, on a Sunday!? You must be joking!!

I work in a coffee shop in Leeds, Yorkshire. Today I asked one of the 14 y/o pot washers to name me the foods that were displayed in the open top fridge. He managed to get the meats right; Sausage, bacon & ham, I pointed to the next and he said “Pig neck?”, it was smoked salmon.

We then got to the veg and  relish sections, I pointed at a tub, he didn’t know it. I said ‘It’s red onion, try it?” he refused and couldn’t believe it was onion until I showed him a whole one... But Wait! There’s  more, the rest of the items he couldn't name were as follows; Couscous, caramelized onion, feta cheese, goats cheese, guacamole, aubergine (or egg plant), pesto, roasted peppers, gherkins, beetroot and probably more than that.

As hysterical as this seems I can’t help but wonder what the fuck these TEENAGERS are taught in school! And not only that, but the the hell is this child fed by his parents!

Hopefully this was just a one off, but to take a more thorough approach to the education system I will try the same experiment with the other 14 y/o pot wash.
