as I've been lately feeling some type of way (bad) about The Numbers I think it'd be useful for other people to know you can easily make an AO3 skin that hides stats (kudos, bookmarks, comments, etc.) on all works (both your and someone else's) with this simple guide by an anonymous user to give yourself some peace of mind

I dont think he can as a solo person single handedly consider this because Arkane probably costs millions( if not hundreds of millions) of dollars, but I will choose to imagine a world where Raphael Colantonio is able to buy back his own studio, simply because Xbox chose to sell it, instead of completely destroy or liquidate it. I need that sort of hopecore in my life. At least there is a future for Arkane. I don't know where it will go, but god, I hope it goes somewhere. I was so ready to be devastated by them closing the whole studio, but it breathes on.

To be very clear about this: CPUs aren't magical devices that can operate forever. They generate heat. They wear out over time. This happens faster when they're operating near capacity. This is not just an attempt to inconvenience you; this is an attempt to damage your property.

For the "crime" of not wanting to be tracked/have ads pissed into your eyeballs 24/7.
