Bed bugs~

I wasn’t doing my witchcraft for a while and once I started again, I caught a bad spirit on my tail. One of the things he brought with him was ~bed bugs~. So here are some tips to get rid of them without bug poisoning:

1)Clean everything. Every inch, every corner, your furniture, yourself. The cleaner the better. Don’t let them find a reason to stay

2)Wash your bedsheets in hot water and dry it with hot air (good if you have a dryer, if not, use hairdryer to warm your bedsheets up)

3)Perfumed oils. I was lucky to have one with a spray, so I could directly put it on my bed. If yours is unsprayable, put it on your body. Bed bugs hate oils

4)Just like with oils, use something smelly in your room. Incense, oils in defuser, boil herbs and bring it to your room or even smelly air freshener. Make it smelly

5)Sleep in clothes to make it hard for them to reach your skin. Cover as much as you can

If it won’t completely get rid of them, it will make them stay away from you, so no bug bites. It will win you some time to collect money and find a place to stay for a proper bug poisoning. Sometimes it’s enough to just heat your bedsheets, sometimes it takes too much effort. It’s all depends on your case. Hope it was helpful!

Me: *wakes up at 6 am, shocked from the fact* …nah, I don’t want to *tries to go back sleep*

Ares: … you must be joking

Me: *feel extremely awful for few days, almost get sick*

I think Dionysus is asking for attention. He is everywhere today and I feel super drawn to him.

I feel his love and I feel a lot of love to him

He wants a new candle, I got it

What I didn’t expect in working with Ares is RAGE I will feel towards unfair events in my life. And how much freedom my spirit will feel right after it’s over.

He bring so much energy, bravery and willpower that sometimes it scares me. I do things I didn’t know I physically can

I was meditating at the riverside. Next to me was fishing a family with kids. I finished my meditation and noticed a little girl sitting the way I did and looking at me standing up. I smiled at her, so she stood up and run to me

-Hey, girl! How do you sit so long meditating?..

-Ah… I just sit… and listen to the water… to the wind… to the birds… think…

-Aaaaaahhh… cool!

And she run back to her father. Kids are cute

Flower incense and bee wax candles made my house smell like a flower field

I once saw a pair of earrings with seashells and immediately thought about Aphrodite. Felt unworthy of buying it and now can't stop thinking of them. If they are still available, I'll take it as a sign that I need to buy them

It was actually still there! This whole time! I bought it immediately. And even tho I like them, I feel like they made for altar

I have found obsidian in my crystal collection! Now it’s Ares’s obsidian

Plus I have the one with a string to wear shaped like a heart. Now it’s mine to wear around every time I ache for him

Zeus calls Ares too conflicted and hard to communicate with out of all the Gods.

Meanwhile Ares being a women protector and Zeus being the main rapist of Olympus.

I think we should pay more attention to WHY some of gods/people think the certain way about a deity before accepting WHAT they say

When you don't have signs from your deity

I noticed that a lot of people are struggling with receiving no signs from their deities. On top of that, here it feels like everybody has them...

TW: I mention therapy, food related practices and ed, so be aware

So, here's my post from a person, who receive no signs! Yet I'm fully capable of working with Gods and Angels. Not receiving signs doesn't make you broken or doesn't even mean deities don't reach to you.

In my exact experience, my deities know that even if they give signs I'm blind as a newborn kitten to all of them. Due to that, there's other ways to understand that you received messages back. For me, it's an inner felling.

My deities approach me directly, I can feel it with my whole body. Their presence, their emotions, are they coming/connecting to me with peace or torture. Here some tips to help you develop this skill (if I may call it like this):

-Meditation. The most common of all. The best one for you in this situation is grounding, any that direct your energy or simply the one to calm your spirit. Yet meditation doesn't suit everyone, so you can start small or even skip this part. Especially than your worship is not about direct communication.

-Journaling. I learned this trick during my therapy, but it was really useful with feeling and energy awareness. Take your time daily or once in few days to go through your feeling you had today. Right down the events, your feelings and how your feelings effected your body and mind. Don't forget to check on what you're feeling in the moment as well.

-Appetite control. This one helped me the most. Appetite control is when every once in a while you check on your body's level of hunger. You ask yourself "Am I hungry? Why am I hungry? Am I full? What exactly do I want?" It's hard at first, especially when you have ed like me, but you'll learn with time and it will make you more aware with your entire body and not only your appetite.

Outside of this practice, you can use taro card, pendulum or whatever you use when you need answers and directly ask if there's any deity trying to reach out or answering your prays.

There're few more practice but they are too dangerous and if you're struggling with defense, energy-awareness and any other skills you need to learn as a beginner, please don't do this practice.

Sometimes signs can be very confusing and complicated. Same deities will feel with different intense through your work. But you'll learn this all with time.

I made a first offering to Ares!

Get some meat with spicy souse, wine, a piece of dessert I really liked and felt like sharing with him, red candle and frankincense incense.

Had some welcoming words for him and have been watching feminists videos about domestic abuse.

I think it’s enough for introduction and giving him some ideas of what I want his help and protection for. Plus, for now I can’t really offer anything else because I don’t have anything else yet…
