i think the hottest look you can give someone after they commit acts of unspeakable violence is approval. like don't get me wrong if there's lust there too that's great, but staring at someone with gore dripping down their chin and coating their hands to the wrists with undisguised appraisal and admiration. maybe giving them a little nod as if to say 'well done'. 👫diluc/ahmya mayhaps...

👫 ahmya captures diluc's interest for two reasons; capability and not asking questions but aiding him regardless. he appreciates not having to think of excuses for his work and also her being able to work a party while he goes information. it certainly gives him more reason to invest in her and so he comes to enjoy her companionship. he's quite silent about it but its there (and kaeya knows it)

👫 when ahmya isn't in mondstadt, diluc will write letters that he sends with his falcon. these begin quite formal and elegantly presented but over time morph into less formal and lose the appearance of elegance as his barriers around her come down and he becomes more genuine with her.

👫 when at angel's share diluc can be a little more cagey and reserved around ahmya for two reasons. one he's in public and he tends to close off a lot and two kaeya is usually there and absolutely can read him like an open book. of course by being so cagey he makes himself more obvious to kaeya but he tries anyway. (and thus starts team kaeya and carletta!)

👫diluc will always have an extra cup in his study and at his table by the fire when ahmya is in residence. his gestures are all very quiet but very loud in his acknowledgement of her in his space. they scream there's a place for you here.
