In the Ty2 art book there's a thing called Fixachron. Was this originally a collectable that didn't make it to the final game?
Yes it was for the time travel version of TY 2. Don't worry, it ended up getting used for the magneticon in TY 4.

There are now two Blade Kitten collections available over on Amazon. That comes to 512 pages of Blade Kitten altogether. All the comics I've ever done as well as the spin-offs and a whole heap of unseen stuff.
They're available as Kindle and paperback editions. The print ones do look really nice on the shelf. They're available in all Amazon storefronts but here's a link to the US one to get you started.

Oh, and if you visit my author page, you'll find links to all my other comics as well.

What's the story behind that TV/Magazine Ad for Ty where he hospitalized other mascots (Sonic, Crash, Spyro)? Did you have any input on that, who came up with the idea?
Short version- EA came up with that. The first I saw of it was a pretty much finished cut. Truthfully, I was a little shocked at first, but after watching it a couple of times, I could see where they were going with it. It was a bit like the attitude of the early Crash Bandicoot ads. So I said OK to it. My only request was that they try and get an Australian announcer to do the last bit and they were happy to oblige. Seems it was the right decision because people are still talking about that ad 25 years later and that's the whole point of an ad.
A little pixel art Kit I did last night.
What was the $250,000 Kickstarter stretch goal reward going to be for Ty2HD? 0-0
A secret 😁

I think it's pretty obvious that I'm full of great bad ideas... like what if I merge two dumb ideas together? The line between genius and idiot is one I cross multiple times a day.
Here's a random bunch of bit from my current game project GUNWALE. It's a 2D cozy slice of sci-fantasy life aboard a narrowboat called the Gunwale Regis.

Brace yourselves - The Doomeranger Collection is a comic for anyone who missed out on the kickstarters. Also with a new 8-page comic that introduces the new character, Ginny.
Keep your ears peeled for more info in the next few weeks.
Slowboating Gunwale style. A little animation experiment for the project.
