From the First Annual AFO Regatta 2015. Had a blast assisting with the concept of the Safety Boat, sewing little red and white crosses, and “saving” fellow sailors by disbursing cute little trinkets and bad/irrelevant advice. Very successful and fun event!

Final project, an installation piece. 3D-printed purple geodes, designed by yours truly. Up-cycled shirt into a reversible bag, with the addition of a leather shoestring as the bag-tightener and bow. Geode embroidery on some of the fake leaves/vines. Pleased with the final outcome of the pieces together and the different techniques/mediums and media used.

Group wood project. The idea was to create tension for the eye through a wood piece that interacts with the body.

This is Mr. Panda, an everyday monument made of cardboard to my little stuffed bear which was the first thing I ever received from my boyfriend, Grant Glass. I like this piece especially because of that special meaning, and I would say I’m fairly happy with the results. #AFO #cardboard #monument #panda

First project: The Cardboard Purse.

 A ton of fun; learned a bunch about cardboard and how malleable it can really be. Successful product, I think.
