hey guys im really not feeling great. ive been trying to get fully prepared to move out of state so i can finally be closer to becoming housed but after being in the hospital last week and the two infections im dealing with still lingering i dont have the strength to finish the move yet. i think i need to extend the hotel here again, just until im feeling better and no longer bedbound, and i still need to get the $375 in flight fees dealt with too

fam, we've reached the home stretch! my flight is in 4 days - in four days, i will finally (hopefully) enter a more supportive environment that has a great chance of extending my life

as many of you know, my abuser kicked me out of her house only 10 days before my scheduled flight. my savings had already been heavily cut into due to unexpectedly having to support my little brother alongside myself and the hotel ate away at the rest.

as it is, i don't have enough for my flight fees. my ticket is paid for but i still need to pay for my cat's flight fee and (ideally) baggage fees for two extra bags (i have medical supplies). i also need to take my cat to the vet before i go because he needs anxiety medication for the flight and to ensure we don't get kicked off the plane.

ANYTHING helps - even an r/b! please please please help me get away from here!!!

happy disability pride month! anyone willing to shoot a few bucks my way? i am multiply & progressively disabled and my body finds new ways to try and kill me every day. i have been unhoused for the last 8 months in an attempt to stay away from my abuser but had to return a few weeks ago. it's very unsafe for me here, so i am trying to raise enough to get out of here and to a kind person who offered to host me up in oregon!

listen. its the end of lgbt pride month. next month is disability pride month. juneteenth was a bit over a week ago. i am currently staying with my abuser, who is one of the bigger reasons why i have severe cptsd and a complex dissociative disorder. i finally have a place to go if i flee the state, but it's across the country and im gonna need a good chunk of $ to make it there with my cat and get situated

hi my health is declining and i experience post exertional malaise, whether it's a physical activity or something emotionally or mentally stimulating. i am constantly in pain and housebound and unemployed. i've barely been able to start my search for doctors and treatments because of executive dysfunction and other cognitive issues i experience due to chronic illness and surviving lifelong abuse. these are just a few of many reasons my abusers will use to justify coercing me to be in recontact with them and to eventually move back in with them. for my safety and sanity, that absolutely cannot happen. more on that in this post.

The best advice really is to just write. Write badly - purple prose, stilted conversations, rambling descriptions. Don't delete it, pass go, take your $200, save all your garbage in a big folder. Look at how much you've made - it doesn't matter if it isn't perfect, isn't polished, it was practice. Every time you write you learn a little more, and find another piece of your voice.
