If you did not eat well today, at least you put something into your body. If you spent the entire day on your phone, at least you did not isolate yourself completely. If you only talked to one person today, at least you socialised a little. If you did not have the energy to get out of bed, at least you woke up, at least you breathed and made it through the day. You can be so very proud of yourself, my love. Stop hating yourself for not succeeding. And start giving yourself credit for trying. For trying so hard. Every single day.
