A little talk about “Titties Out Is Gender Neutral”
So there have been some posts going around saying that it’s a gender neutral look to have your titties, or chest, out. these are anti slut shaming and anti gender roles posts. And...
...they’re right!
Your titties are not female titties if you are not female. They are YOURS. This is YOUR body. You are 100% allowed to dress how you want, when you want, regardless of your gender or your age.
If people tell you, as a young afab person, to cover up because you’re “too young”, it is on them to unlearn sexualizing you. You are not doing anything wrong. You’re allowed to wear things that are low cut or tight, and adults telling you to stop mean that they are inherently seeing you in a sexual manner. In fact it’s brave to dress more freely!
No matter who you are! Nobody gets to police you.
To those hating on these posts: Go away. Nobody asked you to shame people for being confident in their gender, dressing for themselves, embracing their sexuality, and reinforcing gender roles.
Wow, aren’t otherkin just amazing and valid individuals? I love them and care about them! They deserve respect! They deserve a good day! They deserve to smile!
Otherkin is pretty damn awesome. Whatever the kin, the individual is always one of the nicest people to talk to!
I wish you all a good day! To those who are otherkin and those who aren’t!
wholesome :) needed this tonight
(I’m editing this because it was a vaguepost but the point is important) People using the trans label while having little to no dysphoria, while it might annoy you, doesn’t actively take away from dysphoric trans people’s transition/therapies can be covered by insurance.
Insurance companies don’t go onto tumblr and look at a kid using it pronouns or a kid saying they’re kingender or stargender and then tell their clients, “lol no you can’t have surgery”
so… in reality it doesn’t actually affect you. We are all different and we all have struggles and please don’t call people’s genders ridiculous or silly or whatever. Let people be who they are as long as it doesn’t hurt you, and a gender won’t hurt you.
To address the hate on this post.
No decent nondysphoric is saying that your dysphoria is any less valid or serious just because we DON’T have it.
You aren’t hurting us by having dysphoria, and we support dysphorics. We can even respect trasmeds/truscum who refrain from insulting us, belittling us, and telling us to die. So it would really be great, and a lot more constructive, for you to afford us the same respect.
Parents who deny their dysphoric trans kids because they see otherkin and MOGAI online are showing transphobia, otherkin hate (I dislike the term kinphobia), and enbyphobia. That’s on them to unlearn -- we aren't telling them, “hey, your kid is invalid”.
You are real, and we are real. Let’s get along.
I might make self care sets!!
Who would want self care sets (those request things) for kin?
I think I”m starting to question being angelkin.. I might be an angel... :o
