Why might someone from a group that have historically been denied sexual autonomy now brag about their sexual escapades on their own terms?

Why might someone from a group that historically have been denied the more legal means to acquire wealth and had drugs forced on their community talk about their experiences with it?
I would actually go as far as to say that MOST abuse is unintentional. I think most people will go through their lives without ever experiencing intentional abuse. People are abusive because they're selfish, because they're stressed, because they care more about what society thinks they should do than the impacts of their actions on their children and partners, because they think what they're doing is correct, because they've made it make sense in their own heads, because they think they can fix their victims, they think they can fix their relationships, they think they can stop you from leaving, they think they can make you a better partner to them, they think that means you need to do what they want. We've sort of constructed mental illness in a way that doing this shit to other people counts as a form of mental illness because it is anti social behavior in the literal sense— it is behavior that causes social harm.
I don't say any of this to excuse it. I think everyone needs to be more aware of this because if you think abuse has to be intentional you will never realize you are capable of abusive behavior. You will never realize you are being shitty to the people you love, because YOU know what you mean, YOU know you don't mean any harm. But you're doing harm. You need to pay attention to the impact you have on other people, and you need to do it all the time, Especially when you feel least capable of doing so. Sorry! You live in a society. Get your head out of your ass.

So I was scrolling and saw this image in an article about the European heat wave,
And was like, uh, are you missing something there, buddy? Like all that red in northern Africa? Because that's a lot of red.
And I was going to give them the benefit of doubt, since I don't know much about the climate in Northern Africa, aside from Morroco and Egypt, which seem like really hot places, so you know, maybe it's normal there?
But nope, that's not the case:

shiv and roman don't sleep around with people in their social class of fellow billionaire nepo babies. kendall dated naomi who is basically his girlfailure version on paper. shiv with both nate and tom are men a social class below her who are strivers, and roman with tabitha (a fun time party girl who previously fucked around with both naomi and tom but ultimately isn't wife material in their circles, which is ironically why roman almost proposed) and gerri, a woman who worked her way into the highest levels of corporate but certainly not a billionaire or silver spoon.
shiv does flirt with billionaire mattson, same with roman and the fascist presidential hopeful but in both cases it's rooted from a place of wanting proximity to power than considering someone as a genuine romantic partner. if I had to guess why, I'd take a stab at that shiv would think she's better than others in her social class who are happy to coast on the family name while she works a real job in D.C., while roman is too full of self hate to stand someone in the same position in life.
