studying a lot means eating a lot 😄 can’t help myself 🙈 breakfast is just too good
I’ve been trying to clear out all the old nuts, seeds and cereals in my pantry, hence today’s breakfast. Chia cashew cream and home made granola parfait, topped with maca flavoured seeds.
I made the cashew cream by soaking ½ a cup of cashews overnight and blending with lemon and maple syrup before stirring in two tablespoons of chia seeds. It tastes just like yoghurt and goes great with granola or muesli!
