"I'm good at hugging the soul~"
Is that so? I would agree to it but I tend to wish to know identities before hands on put on me.
He nodded at the conditioned invite, a look on his face saying he understood well he would have to have the ancient's permission. "I would be glad to meet master Roshmandes as well." Meet him again, but that would be for a later conversation. A thrill shot through his gut as Benedict approached again, this time taking it upon himself to be touched in return. The excitement tangled with the fear of displeasing the master Benedict so casually spoke of, especially if he were to see them now and have a misunderstanding. His heart rate picked up again, staring at how gorgeous Benedict was, a lamb, so seductively nuzzled in his hand. Damn what a treat. He grinned again as Benedict laughed, how innocent he made himself seem! A delicious juxtaposition to these bold affectionate acts. His reply stuck in his throat as the lips touched the so sensitive skin of his palm, a shiver of delight passed over his whole being, fuck- his fingertips too were kissed. No good, he would have to focus elsewhere least the most manly part of his body became too involved. Gremt drew on much resolve and practiced patience to appear as though he weren't unraveling then and there. Still he spoke like in a trance, quietly, privately, "That's right... there have been a few Selkie sightings too, but mostly of a beautiful fellow, always gone for good if spotted once." He had to swallow, his mouth drying for some reason, licking his lips. Could he lick those lips that toyed with him now? Surely he could. Hopefully he would. Ah so this was the warm stupor mortals fell into once they had been so foolish as to wander into a siren's trap. He loved it, surprised with how easily he attained these kisses, there was a worry of danger in the back of his mind but he would endure it if it were to be, as long as he could savor this sweetness for now. Or... was it he himself the honey trap? A delicious flower ready for Benedict to delve into. He closed the little distance, sky eyes eagerly observing, their bodies inches from touching. He pet the attentive lips with his thumb, back and forth, so very slowly. Passing over the bottom lip he encouraged them to part, humming a deep vibration of pleasure as the pearl fangs shown. He touched one, again with his thumb, hand holding the marble cheek delicately. "You never hurt any of them. I'm most appreciative." Despite the cool breeze his body was hot.
"Be careful, you may just be devoured by him. You seem the type that might catch his eye." There was a smallest tease as he knew it was far too common his partners also were shared with Rhosh.
Another sweet laugh that Gremt would feel the vibrations of against his skin. The sweetness of Benedict seemed to be always contradict his nature, the feeling that it could all be a lie to lead someone to their death or somehow the lamb never truly became the wolf. Perhaps it was being protected by one such as Rhoshamandes that he never needed to learn to the creature mortals feared. "A few I believe spotted me swimming but mortals tend to he flustered if I speak to them while bare. A shame as many of us are beautiful when stripped of mortal dressings." Such a humorous thought to him, the detectives speaking to an immortal that wore nothing but a smile. Far too many may not meet his eyes or hear a single word he spoke in such a state.
"There was never need, they did not wish me harm. I believe many were far more fearful than anything." At the finger stroking his lips parted allowing his fangs to be seen before they wrapped around the thumb. Soft sweet eyes staring at Gremt as he began to suck on the flesh, tongue pressing and wrapping around it before his head moved to swallow more. Nodding along the digit his face kept such innocence while his mouth offered a different type of worship.
There was no space in his mind left to wonder about what a seductive encounter with Roshamandes would be like, no space whatsoever as he succumbed to the consequences of touching the hungry lamb. Fuck. Hearing him describe an encounter of skinny dipping. No way he could stop an erection now, with his thumb being sucked! While those doe eyes watched as if it was simply a chaste sentiment. His resolve faltered, brow furrowing with the amount of desire that spiked through his being, as if the suction of that warm wet mouth directly pulled his blood faster through his veins. "Benedict-" he whined, gripping their upper arm with his free hand, how could this have happend? His head was muddled, chemicals releasing, he was aroused but reticent, things happened so quickly. He shouldn't have provoked, now what should he do but appear the fool. "Is this the companionship you seek? Beautiful... you must be more incubus than blood drinker." His cock twitched, with the sensitivity of a teen rather than a man it was inevitable.
Smelling the building arousal seemed to just encourage Benedict. Eyes falling closed as his focused moved to only the actions he mouth seemed to preform. Beginning to make small hums and moans around the flesh it would appear he didn't feel as though the sensation of his warm mouth or teeth grazing flesh was enough. No, he would allow his mind to begin to push images into Gremt's mind, gently as if brushing it the vision of Benedict kneeling before him attempting to swallow each inch. A promise if what could be to come as he continued the actions of the thumb buried in his mouth. Hearing his name there was a soft pop as his mouth separated freeing the digit that had been his sole focus for an extended period. "Far from the sort, I simply know how to worship those who deserve it. Do you desire that Gremt? To be the subject of my worship and affection." Keeping his face in the large hand his other hand moved cupping the noticeable bulge. "I'm certain this must be uncomfortable, why don't you unrestrain it?"
Those sounds coming from the blood drinker made him even weaker, how could a simple act effect him so completely? He was being toyed with and it was hard to think straight, impossible as those carnal images began to slide into his thoughts. "Fuck-" he groaned, helpless, trying to keep sane. Benedict would really want to do that? Would that make him a target for his master's ire? He couldn't do something that could ruin good will. But was it possible to refrain? He deserved worship? That was a heavy and dangerous thought.
It was impossible to think as his hardening cock was captured, and more temptation was posed. His hand went to their shoulder, reflexively trying to push away, give some slack, just a breath to catch his disordered thoughts. Benedict was impossible to move though, a shiver of fear pulsed right after another of pleasure from that pretty hand holding his thickened cock. Gremt panted, feeling pathetic, was this all it took to have him yearning like a beast in heat? Apparently so.
"Im flattered, don't- ah- get me wrong. But here? We are out in- the open..." he tried not to sound so pathetic, body curving against the overly sensitive grip, forehead knocking against Benedict's.
Feeling the hand try to push him back those eyes looked at him sheepishly, a silent ask if he had done too much. Allowing a bit of space it was curious to see an ancient being this flustered by all his actions, there was the question if Gremt had never experienced intimate touch. Such idea seemed impossible, with how much of the world he experienced and studied certainly this had to not be his first experience.
"Do you have somewhere else you desire? There is no one else that shall see you if that is your reason for embarrassment." Was there anywhere more private even close? Had Gremt arrived in a vehicle that would provide some privacy but movement would be limited. "No one shall see anything if you're buried within my mouth. Nothing to he ashamed of."
He was thankful for the reprieve, allowing him to sort his thoughts better. Words Hesketh had once said to him came to mind, a warning about the choice of his body, of consequences, the burden of being beautiful and hot blooded. He understood now, though really to call this a burden wasn't right. It was a delightful shock. Unfortunately now he also felt he was being prudish or worse, offensive. Was he really this prone to shyness? How interesting.
"It's- forgive me, I'm just a tad overwhelmed, I hadn't expected you to want such a thing from me. I don't mean to- I'm not ashamed- I hope i haven't offended." Hell he was apt to be clumsy sometimes but this was excessive. He was honestly embarrassed he hadn't handled the advance in a more charming way. Alright, focus, regain some dignity. He glanced down at the significant tent in his pants. He'd had experience, what was it about this moment, this blood drinker, that had him so flustered?
Not being held now swept away any worry he'd had that Benedict was going to do something to him against his will. Also it felt bittersweet to not be touching at all, the sudden lack of stimulation unpleasant, making him realize how delicious the attention was.
"What is it about me that sways you to tease me so?"
"No need to apologize, you haven't learned how to enjoy mortal pleasures. Trust me to show you how mortals unravel, let me help you experience what you've been unaware could be yours." Knowing Gremt had studied them all but never prepared for this level of intimacy was charming, truly endearing. Benedict knew he was beautiful beyond measure and his words were sweet as honey. Denying as he offered himself was difficult but few had experienced it with how often he remained at Rhoshamandes' side. Even now he knew Gremt desired the touch, the illusion of choice made being given his affection all the sweeter.
Moving closer once more he attempted to back Gremt to a wall, a boulder to support him for what came next. "I'm not teasing. Trust me, allow me this please." Benedict's voice soft pleading as if Gremt were not the one receiving something. Once he felt the man would not be risk of falling the boyish immortal moved to kneel before him. One hand resting against the man's thigh while he began to nuzzle his cheek and press kisses against the front of Gremt's slacks. Large eyes kept focused on the man's face, silently asking permission.
He had know some pleasures, but very little to be honest, and they were more like tests, trials for his endurance to be able to keep his physical formed when overwhelmed. It had failed a lot of the times and so indeed Gremt had stayed away from such physical touches, too afraid to loose his form and not be able to create it back so easily. It was exciting that Benedict wanted to be the one to show him this, it was impossible to deny him.
Not teasing, alright, so this was all a serious matter. Serious and inevitable. Gremt felt the hard rock behind him, and thought he knew this vampire was of the same hardness it was not at all felt that way. Instead the mere siren look and careful touches exude pure softness and a pliant lust that made his cock twitch again. Benedict going to his knees and locking his gaze as he nuzzled that very thickened cock made him forget words altogether. Gremt's features became more serious than ever, blue eyes focused and eager, it was his hands which gave away how desperately he wanted this as they took hold of that swaying head and gripped roughly for just a second before he relaxed and pet the dark locks softly. He was completely mesmerized, so fallen into the passion, how amazing and erotic each touch of kiss and nuzzle felt, failing to make any reply other than quiet huffs of breath. This was too amazing.
It took a good minute for him to regain some form of conversation, was he truly ready for such an encounter? His voice came out lower, a slight gruff. "Unravel... that's precisely what I don't... want to do. Keeping my body takes..." fuck, he was pretty, it felt good, the vision of those lips around his throbbing- damn- would be ... "... a lot of concentration."

-A note left under the door, fancy white and gold trimmed envelope with nothing but Everard's full name written in perfect cursive-
Can I see you again? Text me if it pleases you. xxx-xxx-xxxx
Your friend, Gremt Stryker Knollys
@everarddelanden
Everard had to give it to him; he had guts. Not for one second, when picking up the note and seeing it's author, did he believe that Gremt had not been observing him already.
A strange feeling crept over him. That same feeling he had felt a year ago, when he had first encountered the phantom. It had forced Everard to change his view on spectral entities. Ever paranoid over interacting with anything other than human, Everard had challenged him. Tested him. Demanded proof of Gremt's good intentions by having him steal back Everard's items from the Talamasca and giving it back to him. Gremt had done it. But how good were an entity's deeds, when they were prompted by a vampire? Everard was still not fully convinced Gremt was not a demon and he had kept a significant distance between them then, but he had felt that inevitable attraction; flattered by the unprompted interest, dedicated attention and gentle, respectful approach. It had felt dangerous. These were all things Everard was extremely sensitive to and thus could easily be used by darkness to get to him again.
But nothing bad had happened. There had been no ill fortune afterwards or slick scheme to fall for. What he had gained was a strange, secretive relationship with an entity still strange to him. And his picture of Julian back. Something he was painfully grateful for. Had he ever even thanked him for it?
The text came paired with a picture. In the image was a shelf with antique trinkets, but in the center stood the photograph of Julian, now nicely framed and where it belonged; in his possession.
'You earned your rendez-vous. Meet me at the city look-out. Tomorrow at midnight. Bring umbrellas.'
It was exciting to have a reply from Everard and even moreso that there was a picture as well. He enhanced the picture, pinching his phone screen to zoom in and examine every trinket on the shelf. He smiled to himself, remembering the picture and so very glad there were things he had returned to Everard that he had wanted to keep. Knowing this brought the spirit great satisfaction, like he had won some great battle. He looked over the photo and message several times throughout the night and next day, extremely eager for the reunion, or rather more like a restart. Meeting only thrice before, just a year ago, Gremt had gotten to ask a handful of burning questions, even though he couldn't be sure on validity of the answers it had still been a thrill to engage with the dark beauty so intensely. He replayed the moment in the café bar when Everard had touched him for the first time, grabbing his wrist- and then how he moved closer, lips grazing over his throat before he had bit down. Yes Everard drank from him that night, regretfully so. The sting of his words still hurt him deeply as he recalled, "You're blood is empty." The night had been both wonderous and heart-wrenching. The next time they had met though, such long and deep conversations were had, it had truly been a prize for him, winning Everard's attention and curiosity, if only for one night.
It was a little silly the way he worried about what to wear, it had to be perfect though. Finally he just went with the safest bet, a suit, black suit, tailored exactly to his bulking size, dark grey shirt, black tie. He finished the fit with small obsidian and gold bee shapped cufflinks. He took two umbrellas and went to his car, was it supposed to rain tonight?
Gremt arrived ten minutes till midnight and left the car to make his way to the little tourist spot, none around at this hour of course. He was full of enthusiasm again, anxious even, for this earned rendez-vous.
When people spoke of morbid curiosity, Everard's interactions with Gremt might not be what one would think of. It was also a hobby Everard rarely engaged in; he was not the curious type at all. And so when that happened when he met Gremt, it confused even himself. But that is what he had felt. Confusion. The morbid part came from a deep rooted fear in him for anything that wasn't human or claimed to be anything else. At Gremt's countenance, an alarm had gone off in his system. The Talamasca part paled in comparison to how Gremt had held Everard's attention. Not just with his proclamation of what he was, but by his devastating, perfect beauty. Beautiful things that weren't human were usually extremely dangerous and time had shown that Everard was extremely sensitive to such allure. The fear, indeed, had not been for Gremt itself, but had been a projection of his own fear of walking right into a trap.
But instead of being wise and walking away, he had tried to pry. Maybe because he wanted to believe that Gremt was telling the truth; that he was not a demon and was not out to hurt him. That the devil did not come to drag him away. But why he so badly wanted to prove himself wrong, he didn't know, and that is were the confusion came from. Everard had a reputation of being rather paranoid and rarely letting people in and yet again, here he was accepting yet another invitation of that creature, that in the moment, only seemed to have eyes for him, had wanted not only to know Everard's story, but the way he saw the world and without judgement. Saw him. Who looked at Everard with awe. Who was patient with him and did not seem to give up on getting to know him.
Anyone with eyes could have told Everard why he could not stay away.
--
He had decided to walk. The rain that had been forecast would only hit in two hours or so, but the winds that were already picking up were good for rumenating thoughts. Especially with the winds at this height, his steps up to the platform went undetected and as soon as he saw the entity standing there, Everard took a moment to announce his presence. The calm that the ghost exuded was almost disarming. What if Everard had decided not to show up? What if he had ghosted him in real life, as he had done via messages? Something told him Gremt would perhaps have waited here all night.
"Dolce & Gabbana?" he asked calmly as he finally approached. Discussing style was always a comfortable icebreaker.
He had the two black umbrellas tucked under one arm, hands in pockets and watching out over the city as he had done countless times before. Siena was a special red brick metropolis, ancient and inundated with all manor of spirits and creatures he had come to know and care for. Among those listless moments were times he was seeking out and spying on the very man he would meet here tonight. Sometimes the thought passed by of whether he should feel wicked or guilty about such prying, most people, Everard being at the top list, did not like to be so closely watched without permission. The emotional sentiment's of the individual was the only reason he may feel disgraceful, but overall, surveilling was the core of his consciousness, he had no such moral conundrum when he was bodiless, and so he did his best not to ruminate on any negativity. Still, the fact that his personality could so easily put off a person stuck like a thorn amongst hay in his mind.
He had shut off mental reachings that afternoon, a mode to behave only as human, so he had not heard Everard's approach. That voice so near, proof of the willingness of the blood drinker to see him again, sent his heart dancing. What a thrill to feel these heightened emotions so dominate his body.
He grinned at the manner of introduction Everard used, regulating the excitement on his face as he turned to see him, glad he had a response ready to go for it would be too easy to become speechless at such a radiant sight, "Brioni." The smile was uncontrollable, a sensation that only made him want to smile more. How silly he felt, and it was so fun!
"So good to see you Everard."
Disarming. Again, the tendrils of danger crawled up his neck like fungus and nestled in his brain where fear lived. It was tiring to feel both awe and repulsion at the same time. For the moment Gremt turned around, Everard was once again taken aback by how perfectly handsome the entity was, with his stunning jawline, warm blue eyes and deliciously mature hairline. His suit fit him superbly, despite sitting quite snuggly around the arms; a treat for the eyes and a fixation Everard had had ever since Rhoshamandes had unrobed himself in front of him for the first time centuries ago. But with this admiration came that dread, explained away again by the very nature of him. Not human. Everard wanted to stubbornly ignore it and at the same time head its warning. Tiresome.
When Gremt spoke, it only made it harder for Everard, the British accent another weakness and as if it was something Gremt did on purpose, Everard let out a little breathy hiss through his teeth at the unintended assault on his defences, although it might have gone unnoticed. "I bet." he answered calmly, quietly daring Gremt to admit it had not been as long as it had been for Everard to see him. He took a few more steps until he was next to Gremt, displaying comfort where he still felt unease. He unapologetically looked over at the spirit and took his time to take in those beautiful facial details from up close. He gave a little grin- or was it an involuntairy smile- before looking back out over his crammy, historical domain of Siena. A strong gust of wind swept at his hair and made it dance around his pale features. Storms were great for rumenating.
"So you remained in Italy?" he asked, assuming by the new state of the suit and knowing Brioni had its main sales in Roma.
The wind picking up made him briefly recall times when he would dance with the storms, riding the gusts as smoke or dust would, clinging onto an energy and becoming it too. Being able to stand her with handsome blood drinkers and have them smile at you was a little more satisfying truly. It seemed Everard knew full well Gremt had continued watching him and so to still be privileged to have his company meant the world to him, like his unsavory flaws were being dismissed.
"For the most part I did. I have a home in Cantanzaro, I built my largest library there, I'd love to take you sometime." He doubted Everard would be that interested in libraries so he hastily added on, "I have many vivarium there too, a vast collection of fish and other sea creatures." He smiled, a boy describing his favorite hobby, maybe he'd be able to explain why he picked that place. Oh, would Everard assume it was just to be closer to him? Surely not... Hopefully not.
"Catanzaro?" he repeated with a perfect Italian accent, attention back on the phantom, seemingly much more interested in the city itself than Gremt's admission of having books and fish. "It has been a while since I have seen the South coast." he added, not necessarily accepting the invitation but not outright rejecting it either. "Did you pick it to sun bathe? Surf? Haunt hermit crabs in their sleep?" He casually took one of his hands out of his pocket and opened it in gesture to receive one of the two umbrellas Gremt held under his arm. The starless sky and its windy company had started to brush some droplets in their direction. "I am sure you look equally ridiculous and scrumptuous in Speedos." A hint of a smile at the image. "Why did you come?"
My how pretty that voice was, it made him wonder if he could persuade the beauty to read out something for him and be recorded. Just another request to be put on the list. So easy to get ahead of himself, so many lists.
He looked timidly eager at the response, been a while, so surely Everard should find value in a visit. He laughed at the silly questions, "Haunt them!?" His grin stayed as he handed over the umbrella, too distracted with Everard's continued response to notice the weather. The thought of putting on a speedo made him wince but it was exciting how Everard said he would be scrumptious in it. That was an interesting word, like Everard would want to eat of him because of how tasty he would appear. He was puzzled for a beat about how to respond to that, and also he wanted to talk about Cassiodorus. The question posed had him confused though. "Tonight? To see you of course. To talk with you." That was one of the many questions he wanted to ask Everard, their first meeting had been so very intense, exciting, but the parting had been equally intense and painful, Gremt had worried that he wouldn't have a chance again to try and befriend the blood drinker.
Ereshkigal: Mesopotamian Queen of the Dead
Ereshkigal, the Mesopotamian Queen of the Dead who rules the underworld, was responsible for both keeping the dead within her realm and preventing the living from entering and learning the truth of the afterlife. She was the most feared deity in the Mesopotamian pantheon because she represented one’s final destination from which there was no returning. Ereshkigal is always represented in prayers and rituals as a formidable goddess of great power, but often in stories as one who forgives an injustice or a wrong in the interests of the greater good. In this role, she encouraged piety in the people who should follow her example in their own lives. If Ereshkigal could suffer injustice and continue to perform her tasks in accordance with the will of the gods, then human beings should do no less.

"I-Ive known some pleaaures-" he didn't want to mislead Benedict, but by the way he was being looked at it probably didnt matter either way. As his back touched the hard rock behind him he knew this was going to happen and he should stop acting like a demure fool. His jaw slackened as Benedict was suddenly on his knees and using his face to nuzzle the trapped erection. Kisses! "Fuck- You're right, this isn't teasing, it's pure seduction." He pet a warm hand over Benedict's cool cheek, another touch of those lips in anticipation of how they would soon be covering his thick cock. He tugged up the hem of his sweater, revealing taught abs covered in thick dark hair, and the unbuttoned his trousers. "I'll allow whatever you desire."

First class of a new semester and thankfully things had been running smoothly, no embarrassing stutters or stumbles as he moved across the small dias, nothing fell from his podium, no choking on his water. Gremt had been a professor now for a few years and though things felt normal now there was always that tightening of anxious nerves in his chest when he came before a new set of faces. There were more students than last year and so he took that as a good sign, gave him a goal to work towards of having most of them stay; there were always a handful that would drop out of any class no matter the subject. He was eager to find out more about them as individuals, if any took the class because of a pure interest in Myths and Folklore, rare but it happened. He was just grateful as ever that he had come to this point in his life where he was able to teach and share his own special interests to new people.
Introduction of himself had been brief but full of the critical details, born and raised in the Jersey Islands, UK, raised on a small farm, often spent time with relatives in Lockwinnoch Scotland, and then traveld to Rome for school and then America for his masters. Spent three years studying all over the world. He had two books published on little known folklore. Hobbies included a green thumb, sailing, and weight training, and hosting a ghost hunting club for the university.
Syllabus was gone over, reading list handed out, and now with ten minutes left in class he asked for a short written paper about each student. "No minimum, just something to introduce yourself to me, your major, your academic or career goals, what interest you have in this class. Perhaps a list of crytpids and monsters you may know or have some interest to learn more in. You can turn it in as you leave or bring it in next class. So with that, any questions, concerns, comments?"
Looking at Benedict's schedule it was obvious that he has not decided on a major. Instead of taking courses focusing on a single subject it appeared he signed up for anything he deemed interesting. His family always viewed him as the studious type, as long as his grades were what his family viewed as acceptable and he attended church there was little concern from them. He was an only child and had been homeschooled until now. The sheltered life had made him unprepared for most of the college experience but the excitement for the many classes avaliable to him made up for much of it.
Professor Knollys was a name Benedict knew of before he even learned he was teaching at the school. He was almost fearful he'd not be able to get a seat in the class but there he was sitting unable to take in much as his heart was racing at just being near the man. As much as Benedict wanted to be able to hand in that assignment before leaving he couldn't hand in something that was rushed to Professor Knollys of all people.
Sitting there he let everyone else filter out before he slowly approached the man. His face was already tinted pink that he'd dare to do this but what if he didn't get another chance. Setting a copy of the professor's books in front of him Benedict looked up at him with bright hopeful eyes. "I'm sure you get asked this all the time but I've had your two books since they were released and- if it's not too much to ask if you'd sign them? Sorry they are little worn they've been read a few times since I added them to my library."
Gremt was used to the way many of the students (professors, staff, strangers) looked at him. Most of the time it was a simple look of amazement or lust and very few acted on their desire to approach him. He was quite used to being ogled and it was fairly easy to spot when a student was fantasizing instead of paying attention to the content of the lecture. He was pleasantly surprised then when the blushing, ah very very cute, youth approached him and presented the two books written by him.
He laughed happily and took one of them, "Are you kidding? Thats the best compliment one could receive, not just a signature but in a well worn book!" He was genuinely glad, flipping through the book to witness the care it had received. "You have no idea how happy this makes me! What's your name? So you took this class because you knew these books then?" What a treat! He hoped the student could talk for a little before another class.
"I haven't had to repair them yet but give it a few more years I might have to replace the bindings." It was an embarrassed statement at how worn the books were but it was obvious they were tended to carefully. Flipping through the books there were small notes written in the margins through the pages. Some were other books to use for reference on the subject and other were quotes highlighted with hearts decorating the pages for something Benedict had enjoyed.
"My name is Benedict. Seeing your class I couldn't resist being able to meet you in person. I thought more people were interested in this subject but seems half the class signed up for other reasons." Just mentioning that his classmates were oogling the man had Benedict turning bright red. "I always thought records of you speaking online your voice was soothing but it's even more so in person."
Gremt paid attention to the voice as he looked over the hand written notes with pure glee, he wanted to know all he could about a person who would so analyze his own work. He felt he would start blushing as the student did if he would continue to find hearts highlighting certain excerpts.
He looked up with a chuckle at Benedict's observation of the other student's incentives to take the class. It was adorable how redder the student had become, he would certainly memorize the look. And he had even listened to his readings or interviews online? Absolutely fantastic. Soothing was it?
"Benedict I'm too flattered to describe. Thank you so much for your care and for attending this class. We are going to have a marvelous experience, there's nothing better than knowing a student is truly interested in the subject." His own subject. Damn his ego was going to cause some problems surely.
Though he could stare all day at that cute flustered face he didn't want to make him uncomfortable, so he went back to the books, taking a blue sharpie to the back of it for his signature and a little note each. Now he would be blessed with getting to pick out Benedict's face and reactions for the rest of the semester, a thrill that would continue to satisfy.
"Is this your first year?" He wanted to know it all.

Yoshimi was never fond of hunting in crowded spaces such as the club he found himself in; it offered too many risks and opportunity for casualties, but the biggest inconvenience was likely the loud beat of the music that throbbed under his skin, along with the commotion which surrounded him effortlessly amidst unceasing movement, chatter and the subtle scent of blood under the moisture and salt of human sweat. He did not mean to linger, but a mortal man had proved to be insufferably demanding at attempting to command his attention as he stepped outside, into the fresh breeze of the night. And when Yoshimi refused by simply slipping from his persistence and grasp with ease, it was when he sensed the attack coming—one which he intended to dodge as effortlessly as he had done when the man tried to grab him by force.
Yet, the gesture is suddenly halted; not willingly, however, but for it had found an obstacle before his hand could even reach Yoshimi’s visage. The event bewilders him immediately, with a gasp being pushed out past his painted lips as he promptly reaches out for the one who shielded him from the assault, manicured hands tenderly holding him by the arm.
“Oh my goodness—Sir!” His attention is only briefly interrupted with the purpose to glance at the responsible, eyes narrowing in a glare so sharp and heavy with contempt, Yoshimi had to force himself to maintain his composure intact. He couldn’t possibly use one of his Gifts now, no matter how tempting such an idea was. Intimidating the aggressor to flee with his mind would have to suffice.
“Are you harmed?” Yoshimi asks, with obsidian eyes glancing up at his visage to look for any sign of injuries with evident and genuine concern. “Please, forgive me. You desired to help and suffered the consequences for it,” he contemplates with sympathy, placing himself before the man as his hand tenderly touches his wrist. “How may I repay you for your kindness? You must allow me to do this much.”

After leaving a meeting that night Gremt was eager to indulge in his favorite hobby, watching. What new or old things would he observe tonight? He wandered, finding the busier nightlife area of the city and walking the edges for a while, no powers used, just a man on a walk.
Right place, right time, they happened more often when one put themselves out there to receive. Thats exactly the circumstance he found as he had taken a moment to sit outside a bar.
Across the street, entering a club, he witnessed a most gorgeous creature, pale with ebony hair, a streak of gorgeous red lips. Divine. He followed after, entering the club as a normal patron, ordered a simple bourbon and found a place out of the way to watch. It was easy to find the beauty, they stood out and of course others were very interested too. Gremt of course attracted his own attention though he stayed in a private area where it was better to watch the floor. He didn't mind entertaining other conversations, keeping his presence natural. He would always find a moment to peek at his new interest. The beauty was being bothered. Gremt had intended to simply observe him all night, stay a specter and hopefully have the chance to interact with him again another night. Drawn out investigations were more satisfying. But this bothersome man needed to be removed. He followed them outside, intending to at least turn the man's attention on him so that he would leave them alone. Thankfully he was already picking up his pace to approach when he noticed the man's body language turned more vicious. He stepped fast, arm up to take the hit that would have tried to hurt the beauty, shoving against the stike to push the man back a bit more. He was flattered, stomach of butterflies, of how attentively the beauty reacted to him. He made sure the man was leaving, but ah he was being touched by such pretty pale cold hands, and those painted lips frowned, for his sake. Beautiful. He watched the hand on him, giving it a light touch of his own, "No please, you shouldn't feel you owe me anything, I'm only glad I was able to stop the brute-" too beautiful, those dark eyes so insistent, "I could only ask that you let me usher you to your next destination, though... I can tell you need no help." He smile was sweet, wondering if the blood drinker was able to sense that he himself was no ordinary man. This would be a good test to see how far he'd come with his new body.
“Your kindness is admirable, sir.” Yoshimi admits with genuine yet tender awe, his painted lips forming a small smile. The other’s assumption amuses him subtly, drawing his attention to the man even further as he calmly retracts his hand from his arm. With the commotion now over, Yoshimi could feel rather keenly that there was something distinct about him; something light, almost immaterial. It reminded him of a familiar sensation, one where he would tread by the temples in his home country, or by areas that were littered with the deceased.
It was his first time, however, seeing a specter so vividly, one so palpable. It was no wonder that he had not made the distinction sooner. For all intents and purposes, the man before him was indeed a man like any other. One who was aware of Yoshimi’s own nature.
“Mm. You possess a spirit of great benevolence indeed,” he remarks with a ginger tilt of his head, obsidian eyes glancing up at him with gentle warmth. “I intended to wander for a tad longer without a set destination in mind, admittedly,” Yoshimi chuckles, his red lips half-hidden by the side of his manicured hand in mild bashfulness. “I would very much appreciate the company of my savior, if he would feel inclined to walk with me. I am not quite familiar with my surroundings just yet.” Dark irises peer into the other’s light blue ones with calm interest. “May I also know his name? So I can express my gratitude properly, of course.”
He watched with eager eyes, hopefully he didn't seem wicked but he was just so excited, especially with that little wordplay, his spirit, so this beauty could perceive his true nature. And of great benevolence, yes he was! He prided himself on his good nature, his deep caring, the acknowledgment made him smile with a blush. He felt he would burst, how pretty it was how they hide those seductive lips, coy, gorgeous.
He was called a savior! Ah what was this creature doing to his heart with only moments of interaction. What a wonderful turn of the night. He shook his head it that human gesture of modesty and fluster, "You spoil me already, and I've been caught by your perfect lure." He took the hand and turned to him properly, "I'm Gremt Stryker Knollys." He raised the ivory hand only slightly, bending himself more and kissed, eyes closed just for a moment and then returned as he halfway straightened, "There's no better pleasure I could ask for tonight. What is your name, Bijin?"
