404: error, soul not found.
“нåppy вlятнDåy то mê.” Rovi hissed it, smashing some of the balloons that decorated the corners of the stage underfoot. “нåppy. fucκlng. вlятнDåy.” The party had long ended, manager knowing better than to have anyone come in on this unholy day, and the others had decided to go mourn by themselves at the moment.
He was acutely aware of all his little parts and pieces as he moved, feeling the rot sliiide around where it wasn’t already fused to lukewarm metal. How could they force them to act today? Greasy, bloodied tears formed at the corner of his eye sockets.
Tavros stood in the corner, watching Rovi destroy the decorations. He jumped and whimpered at every pop of a balloon. He had heard what happened with Vriska a while back, he came to try to patch things up. But now that he was there, he realized that tonight was not a good time, so there he was, hanging out in the corner by pirate’s cove, watching in slight fear at Rovi’s rage.
He kept stomping, starting to whe ez e and gag on nothing. It was all extra noise. He didn’t breathe. “l нåтê yоu!!!” The rabbit howled to all of the men that had made it this way; no home to miss and nobody to cry for.“l нåтê yоu!!!” His foot started to make a dent in the floor; the boards and gears crying out alongside him until a spring screeched out as it popped free. “måmå…”
He flinched again, shrinking back into the darkness. He really wanted to run back to the house, run and never come back here. That was all he was good at, wasn’t it? But he didn’t run, even though he could. Instead he stepped forward, biting down on his lip and holding onto his own hand. “U-Uh.. E-Excuse me..” He called meekly. So very quietly. “I-Is there anything I c-can do to help?…”
“нêlp?” Rovi’s neck snapped back around at the other spirit. Tavros. He was a good one. He had seen his tantrum… He rubbed his face, sniffling fiercely. “nо, nо l’m flnê. fояgêт шнåтêvêя yоu Såш, l SноulD’vê gоnê ln вåcκ. Sояяy. yоu cåmê fоя ånтоnlо, оя gllвêят?” He looked down, frowning at the mark of impact. “l mêån lт, l’m flnê.”
“Er.. Well uh.. I came to talk to all of you.. I wanted to try to patch things up between you guys and all of us back at the house.. F-For what Vriska did.. A while b-back..” He was avoiding eye contact, but it was likely just how he was. “A-Are you sure you’re find though?.. I heard something pop..” He asked, even quieter than before.
“yоu яêålly Dо нåvê Sоmê вåD lucκ… l’m Suяê тнê flооя шlll måκê lт тноugн.” He sighed, shaking his head and kneeling down to check out the damage closer. If it was ruined, he’d be in fat trouble again; the company was getting sick of replacing boards and doors. He squinted. “lооκS llκê juSт тнê оnê Spяlng, Sо måyвê flfтy DоllåяS?” What did it matter though, really. He could’ve done so much worse. “l åppяêclåтê тнê lDêå, яêålly, вuт… lт’S оuя ånnlvêяSåяy, Sо êvêяyоnê’S mlSêяåвlê тоnlgнт.”
He frowned. “Well, I could stay for a little while longer. I know how it feels, for the date of your own death comes up.. And you have to function like normal.. And put on a happy face for the sake of everyone else..” He stopped, biting his lip. “S-Sorry..”
“nо, lт’S åll flnê. åт lêåSт l’m тålκlng то SоmêвоDy шно κnошS, måκêS lт å llттlê êåSlêя.” He sighed and sat down next to the mark, feeling a little light headed from the fit. Rovi laid his head in his hands, eyeing Tavros with a half-lidded stare; now he was tired. “lf yоu шånт то cнêcκ оn тнê отнêяS, yоu’яê gооD то gо, вuт Sтêêl yоuяSêlf, plêåSê. тнêy шоn’т нuят yоu, вuт тнêяê’S Scяêåmlng ånD åcнlng.”
The boy nodded. “I’ll be back.” He assured, and went off down the hall to see if he could find anyone else. He didn’t think it was going to be too bad, he was used to general moodiness, having to put up with it back at the house. “Um.. Hello?” He called out. “Does anyone want to talk?” He asked. He was such a nice person.
“hello? hello?” The tone was MOCKING, but, not aimed at Tavros. It was followed by a chuckle and the shuffling of paws. Fredbear swung into view, hunched over and hanging on the doorway. Eye sockets narrowed, blue-ish white lights particularly bright tonight. It looked as though he had been crying, too, slick-stains marked up his cheeks and snout. “who sent you here to get mauled?”
Tavros squeaked, flinching backwards. “I-I uh.. I-I sent myself… T-To apologize f-for what Vriska d-did to you guys..” He stammered, keeping his distance.
“i should thank you then. i know she’s not gonna do it herself, it’s big of you to take it up.” He made a toothless grin, eye holes s q uish ing into happy half circles. “whoo, you ever feel like you wanna puke just because?”
“Eheh..” He tried to laugh it off. “Uh.. Y-Yeah, sometimes..” He stuttered out. “I-Is there anything I can d-do?” He asked, trying to change the topic.
i'm sorry i'm freaking crying all i can imagine is *20s gangster voice* "n'yeah, see"
