Dana Point Poem 2

Wondering where whatever was And was where it is And what it is what it needs to be Sinking at the edge of the sea

So on the breeze we can see the sea Wild waves washing on windy days A fantasy to believe So slip away and sail the day Watching which way the waves gave Oceans over oracles The stars are the way

I slipped away on their astral plane For a taste of reality that leaves you bitterly insane But today that’s the way the waves gave

Nostalgia

Standing against the moon on a sky of black, violet, and blue the past is static and true but I wonder, how can I change you?

Memories lost in a time warp Memories leaving the port Memories on page I’ve torn Memories I mourn

Take me back, so I can change the path Take me back to change the wrath locked with the anguish  moments lost in photo’s speaking to me like another language

I’m up late again Sharing memories with blue, black, and violet a sin, I admit submit surrender, never, together, forever with my regrets

Annihilate

Come with me We can annihilate the stars from here Then set course for a super nova We’ll go above all Listen to the shout and calls Watch the stars as they fall We’ll go far from here on a whim, or dare For what do they care Come to bare arms wrapped around in metal Lets set sail for stars away from here For what do they care “I’ll get away from here” I know, we’ve been there like all before headed for the stars ones that I care
