Practical tip for those dealing with wildfire smoke now: you can make a very effective air filter for a reasonable amount of money using a box fan & one of those filters meant for your furnace.

Also, I've managed to pick up 2 of the box fans for very cheap/free from yard sales. Make sure you get a filter rated for wildfire smoke, I think this one cost about $20.

These make a huge difference in the indoor air quality.

Posting again because of the fire situation up in Canada and resulting smoke. If you're dealing with wildfire smoke, these are surprisingly effective and relatively cheap.

Just tape the filter to the fan, making sure the air can't sneak around the edges. I used painter's tape, but I'm sure duct tape or similar would work just as well.

I’ve done this. It works really well.

If you’re in an area with wildfire smoke, you need filtration. You need filtration that can handle wildfire smoke. There are three different popular rating systems for these, but here’s a quick guide: You want FPR 10, or MERV 13, or microparticle filtration rate of 1500 (or higher.)

You might not be able to smell the smoke, you might not be able to feel it happening, but if the air quality index says the air is bad then it is bad and your health is suffering. Your pets, too. You need clean air for your health.

Please note that you should not run a box fan filter unattended though. The extra strain of pushing air through the filter can burn out the motors in cheaper quality box fans, which can be a risk. I have killed a box fan this way. The signs of it dying are pretty obvious, you’re not going to miss that, but you wouldn’t want to keep the fan running while you left the house for a few hours.

Worth it for breathable air.

Okay so i got the dungeon meshi manga box for christmas (I FINALLY GET TO KNOW HOW IT ENDS this fandom is a god send at keeping spoilers like holy shit) im very excited

I doubt this will ever reach gooseworx but i wish so badly for a kaufmo and ribbit plush. I want to buy them so they can be friends with my jax plush, and also because kaufmo is my favorite, its so much fun to get to see and point at kaufmo references in the episodes! And if a kaufmo plushy doesnt ever get released, yall should point me to someone who could make a plushy like that!

Okay, I have to share some stuff, because I wait and wait and wait because I want to show more and this get a bit out of hand. So I decides to start somewhere. On the gitm discord server Butterstochbean shared some digital nailart designs with theme of the bots. I recreated the origin designs on some press on tips and decided to use misutas design in a bit changed version.

So here are the origin designs:

And here are my nails with misutas design, a bit more glittery and a mix between Matt and glossy nails (I also changed some aspects like color the French line blue or pink whatever color is on the next nail). The cat eye effect is catched on the first video when the flashlight is turned on.
