learning dutch was fun, our teacher was basically always like “yeah, it’s the same as in german tbh”. some languages are just different languages and not dialects of the same language for political reasons anyway and not because they’re different enough to be separate languages.

Clothes. Before you dismiss me as being superficial, hear me out. Do you know how damn expensive clothes can be? Assuming that you get unlimited clothes for a year, you can get a ton of designer clothes, sell them for way less than the asking price, and make an immense profit. With this, you’d be able to not only feed yourself, but have a shitload of money left over for bills, rent, medical expenses, etc.

Hi, as my first post, here is my Study System.

I hope it inspire you to create your own system, or be useful in someway.

I’ll be posting soon about study methods, my note taking system, and my Kikki-K printables.

Hi, do you know of any sites for Spanish learners to actually listen to Spanish? :-) I've tried youtube/films/music but they're a little too fast and I was wondering whether there was anything more tailored to learners specifically! Thanks :D

You should try the youtubers that are teaching Spanish. They tend to go a lot slower. So Butterfly Spanish, Señor Jordan, or Practiquemos are pretty good for that.

You may try podcasts, though you may not always get a slow speaker.

Specifically for slower Spanish I recommend http://www.newsinslowspanish.com/ which is… News in Slow Spanish. That’s not exactly free if you want the full product since it is a podcast with transcripts, but there are like 2 minute samples for free.

I would also recommend Fastbreak Spanish which is on youtube, as well as SpanishDict on youtube (their older stuff is more grammatical and longer so I would recommend that).

There’s also SpanishSessions, Spanishpod101, and Agustin Iruela (turn on your subtitles to Spanish… or Italian if that’s your jam) …those are also all on Youtube.

If anyone else has suggestions, please feel free to add them!
