Important Notes!

First, since I’ve been alerted that some Muns don’t wanna interact with minors: Mun is an adult. However, I don’t do NSFW RP on tumblr.

Second: There are actually two versions of McKraken here.

Tensei McKraken and Canon McKraken's timelines deviate some time after the events of YW3. This means that Tensei McKraken has no knowledge of the events of YW4.

The least you need to know about Tensei is that Youmakai suffered for a while under what was basically a world-wide Death Game. McKraken survived the worst of it, but died due to pissing off Rinne.

Rinne immediately brought him back as a kid mostly to embarrass him. Dame is in the same boat, but not for the same reason. She was killed early on, and Rinne accidentally brought her back like that shortly after McKraken. Both continue to run their restaurants.

[Screaming could be heard getting louder, and as a shadow formed on the ground, seemingly coming from the screaming’s source, it landed on the ground, in front of Tensei McKracken. It sat up with a grow, their black cat-like ears drooping down.]

For a brief moment, Squid Boi was having an internal AND external "OH SHIT!" moment thinking the floor had been damaged. Squisker was away running errands and had made it clear there would be consequences if he came back to anything broken.

However, once that wore off it occurred to him that technically this… person? cat? Whoever this was, they were technically breaking in.

"Who are you?!" McKraken demanded.

He was trying to sound intimidating, but his voice being that of a kid kind of put a damper on that. If this embarrassed him, he was doing a good job of hiding it.

(Hailey shook their head, cat-like eyes fixating onto the small squid like creature.)

"Huh? What-?"

The small Boss Yo-Kai leaned closer, still trying to sound as intimidating as possible.

"You're in the house of a- ...TWO powerful Boss Yo-Kai without permission! You'd better start talkin' since you're trespassin' right now, now who are ya?!"

At the moment, McKraken was unaware that this person might not be a Yo-Kai. He didn't know all of the Yo-kai species off the top of his head, but he was at least sure they weren't human due to the feline features.

(They gestured to themselves two times for some reason.)

Caught off-guard by the response, the little one had to take a second to process.

He'd heard something about cats having nine lives? Maybe this had something to do with that.

"I'm guessin' you two're one o' 'em younger Yo-Kai, since ya never heard of Squidillius McKraken!"

He puffed out his chest as he said it, his past defeat at the hands of that human child with a watch having not tempered his ego very much at all.

Then he registered that second part...

"Wait wait wait, hang on... Did you just say you were half HUMAN? How in Infinite Inferno does that even work?!"

He'd heard something from a few other Yo-Kai children about an "Evil Yo-Kai Watch" that could turn misbehaving human children into half-Yo-Kai abominations, but that had to be one of those stories teenage Yo-Kai told to scare little kids, right?

"I have no idea, but it's pretty cool, in a way! I mean, from what I heard, this never had happened before!!!"

(Their cat eyes began to sparkle.)

He knew he should probably be worrying about Squisker's reaction when his older brother got back and saw a stranger in the house, but their status as a half-Yo-Kai, half-Human had his interest piqued.

He still wasn't sure if he could let his guard down around Squisker. He had NOT been happy with him after he had been rescued from Infinite Inferno, and had come looking for McKraken, only to find him back to being a small child.

Luckily for the former Chairman, Squisker apparently drew the line at harming children. He had, however, insisted on moving in to keep an eye on the squid kid.

"Speakin' o' that, please don't break anything. He's gonna have my tentacles if he comes back to anything broken. I'm already in trouble for a prank on a human kid that went wrong... "

He'd never admit it, even to himself, but he DID feel bad for accidentally injuring that girl with the grumpy Thornyan.
