The grandparents aren't exactly thrilled about this living arrangement, especially since they're still busy raising their youngest child, who is about to become a teenager. And what about the younger one? He spends a lot of time at Scout rallies in Gibbi Point and is mostly left to his own devices..

Hello! Just wanted to say I love your builds, but I couldn't download the Family Home | Unfurnished lot. When I put the tray files in the folder like I normally do they don't show up in my game at all. So I wanted to ask could you please upload the lot to the gallery or check if the files are corrupted? How do I download the newcrest apartments into my game?

Hi! You need to follow the link at the bottom of the post with Newcrest Apartments. In Sim File Share (SFS) there will be a download button. Then you need to unpack the archive and move the files to the folder Tray (the folder should be in Electronic Arts/The Sims 4) And thats it. I hope this helped you :^)

"Rock Ridge" Motel is notorious. It used to be a place for people close to the underworld, but with the new owner, the motel started to flourish. But in recent days, guests have been complaining about the unpleasant smell coming from the backyard of the diner… Wait, why is Room 5 so messy and the guest has not been seen for several days?

The motel has 5 rooms + administrator's room. Two rooms are free and waiting for their guests 🔐
