Still Fat...(from shrubberylogistic, reworked for my sensibilities)
Itâs not like other kinks.
You can peel off the leather. You can untie the ropes. You can brush off the bedsheets. You can box up the cake.
You can blow her a goodnight kiss.
But you canât shift the weight.
The rising digits on the scale. The way the mattress tilts. The springs that grate and grind. The heat. The pull on your chest. The ache in your stomach, the stretch of your hipsâŠ
Itâs all there to stay.
Gentle whispers soothe you to sleep. Hazy memories bring you to morning. Soft fingers feel for where the weekendâs pampering has padded you out a little more. A smoother roll. A rounder curve. Your arms. Your thighs. Your chin.
Youâre facing her as she gets dressed. Slips into that pencil skirt. Slips on her shoes, four inch stiletto heels. Slides into her blazer. She grabs her purse to leave. Foodâs on the way, but sheâs got to go. Another promise. Another hug and kiss. Another swing of the door. The click of the lock. Youâre alone. Your stomach spreads a little further over your thighs.
She's gone, but youâre still fat.
Sheâs picked up your clothes off the floor, but theyâre still tight.
She rolled off you hours ago, but youâre still breathing heavy. And now sheâs in traffic. Sheâs due a meeting. Sheâs getting a cup of coffee from her secretary and youâre still wearing a duvet over your massive, bloated, jiggling, gurgling belly. Drowsy, warm, and massive.
A knock on the door. You put on a robe that closes just enough to pass for decent. Bedhead, gentle greetings, sunlight through the crack in the door. The smell of bacon in a warm paper bag. You waddle for the couch. Breakfast is served.
You spread your bulk. You loosen the cotton belt. You reach in the bag. You pull down the waistband of your underwear, letting your belly freely spill over your disappearing lap. Your hand remains where it is. One bite. Another bite. A deep breath. Another bite. Fatter.
You wonder where you left your phone.
You need to show her what sheâs missingâŠ
