Yogurt and oil, Torshi (pickles), salad-e shirazi (cucumber tomato onion), sabzi (fresh herbs), bread and rose doogh (fizzy yogurt drink)
Army base stew with enoki mushrooms, peppers, carrots, ramen, tuna, rice cakes, + banchan

found the coolest diner ever, INSIDE OF A TRUCK STOP GAS STATION! lol
honestly the best breakfast ive ever had, super cheap, and the chillest vibe, aside from living out one of my winchester fantasies(well, a sfw one hehe)
I just tasted my new red palm oil on its own, I haven't gotten to try it yet. I get what people say when they said there wasn't a substitute for it, it is so unique of a flavor!!!! I honestly wanna just fry an egg in it now, it's super umami/savory and it does have a slight nutty taste to it but I cannot think of anything to even compare it to, it's almost meaty tasting.

Tuna Yaki Onigiri and regular Onigiri in kimchi/daikon, perilla furikake, and umeboshi stuffed style.
Plus some homemade Tsukemono (pickles) - Suzuke (vinegar) shoyuzuke (soy sauce) and shiozuke (salt) versions. The garlic is actually store bought though. I’ve never been able to properly pickle whole garlic unfortunately, because it’s my favorite kind 😩
