this is what i've been trying to say. yes the memes are funny, but leaps and bounds more important than that is Luigi Mangione first and foremost is in danger.
while he is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law, far too many people have jumped on the idea of him being the shooter because it's funny. however. there are a few key things i personally need to point out.
the NYPD fucking sucks. no bones about it. they are a legitimately bad police force. they are deeply corrupt and losing public value.
they allegedly found him with the gun and a full manifesto on his person just sitting in a mcdonalds. why in sweet fuck would anybody able to pull off that kind of murder and then evade the police for days just be carrying that around with him??
just. think critically for 30 seconds about any and all media surrounding this case that you read, and especially remember that the public opinion, while it isn't necessarily supposed to be, is influential in court cases.

at work we have a bartender named tyler and he collects wine corks so we put them in a little box for him and another bartender makes fun of him cause his t’s look like l’s so she wrote “lyler’s corks” and i saw it this morning and i grabbed a marker and changed the ‘c’ to a ‘g’
and after he left a bartender came up to me and said “aww lyler left his gorks” and i lost it
For those who are unaware, the IDF has been literally hunting Motaz all week using drones and constantly calling his phone. I guess they've given up on hiring Israeli actors to impersonate Palestinians.
motaz saying in his video (x) that he can no longer share aerial footage of the destruction because Israel killed his friend who operated the drone camera—because they killed all of the journalists who had drones and stole their drones—is so utterly gut wrenching.
he's tired. he looks exhausted. but still he talks about rebuilding when the war ends, even if it will take years to recover from the devastation. what I'm trying to say is that we cannot lose hope for an end to this destruction

everyone saying this didn’t happen reminds me that none of you guys have any concept of how age works. you just assume any child under the age of 13 doesn’t know how to say full sentences, much less be funny. i started and ran a 300+ person discord server when i was 11. no one ever asked me how old i was. i even recall when we learned a member of a groupchat was only 13 and being all “…” with the other members. looking back they probably suspected i was on the younger side but not that i was only 11 years old. also this did terrible things to my psyche but that’s unrelated.

So when they consume the carcass of a creature that has died of disease, they actually destroy the disease within it too!
So yes vultures are 100% holy creatures because they not only eat the dead, but protect the living from death.
