I'm sure most fans know some characters speak using non standard typefaces so here is a non exhaustive list below. Note, in some chapters character, speak using the normal typeface, possibly an error.

I was deeply curious about what the AI translations (I found free mirror for the first volume) would do for names and it would seem they're going off... the wiki? His name is in the Crunchyroll dub and sub is "Aud von Kreatur" but the wiki (and other source) mistranscribed it as "Odd von Creature," the name which is used here. Very cool.

Little fun fact, in the original release of this chapter, Draluc called his parents—or rather, his father—a 若いツバメ. Literally, young swallow, it's phrase that means a male lover of an older woman (that is "lover" more in the mistress sense).

Future releases correct it to 若い二人 (literally "young couple," think "lovebirds").

I think some people are out of touch with just how rich the rich are and how expensive some parts of the USA are.

If we’re talking about income before taxes, a household making 100,000 a year is two adults working $25 an hour, 40 hours a week. In the US, the average individual income is $70,000. An income of $100,000 doesn’t even put them at the the top 20%. Of course, the “value” of an income also heavily depends on where a USAmerican lives. Where I live, 300,000 can’t even buy you a house.

Don’t get me wrong, a single person making $100,000 would have a very cushy job and they should be using that wealth to help others. But they’re not the rich. Wealth inequality is just that dire.

An entirely baseless headcanon I have: Draus and Gorgona had their kids at nearly the same time (completely unintentionally, of course). Draus was very upset at the idea of his little sister having a child before him because he’s the older sibling! He can’t lose to her at this, too! Basically prayed to “win.”

(Ultimately, Draluc was born a day before his cousin. An amazing feat considering Draus’s luck in canon).

Just saying, vampires in vamp dies are said to have some control over their appearance—mostly in regards to how old they look. In addition to all the other implications that come with that, would that not imply they have some control over their hormones?

They can biohack hrt.

Found out Ydan's appearance is based off of Mads Mikkelsen's Hannibal (Ydan's Japanese CV is even Hannibal's Japanese dub) and in hindsight the comparison is super obvious.
