I can absolutely tell when they’re coming. The best way to describe it, I think, is almost like an itch: You don’t have to scratch it, but man, it would feel a whole lot better if you did.

That's an interesting analogy, though sometimes I'll itch so bad it literally hurts and i have to do something about it. Do you ever get feelings like that?

Nah, it’s fine. It’s a compulsion, really, and you can suppress it, but it takes conscious effort, and it does start to get irritating after a while if you don’t do it.
