Cause you take Sanguine Alchemy’s Blood Magic:

And throw in some Taken/Hive Invigoration (Keep in mind: Season of Undying armor can equip Hive mods!):

And you get a constant healing rift, and whenever you kill a challenging Taken/Hive (looking at you, Knights in the Chamber of Suffering), you get your rift immediately back and can reuse it as soon as your rift is gone. If you’ve yet to get your solo dungeon runs in, especially for prospective Harbingers who just need their solo run, now is a great time.

Imagine thinking that Weighted Knife is OP when every subclass of Titan has OHK melees that they don't even need to try to aim, and no shortage of exotics that encourage that unskilled behavior.
