Wow, so the last time I posted anything on Tumblr was almost three years ago. My art style has certainly changed since then. I will post my more recent works at some point. Currently thinking about deleting the old stuff and archiving it elsewhere.
While planning a design to use for my art logo, I came up with this dancing eye with wicked hair (lashes). xD
Not sure if I'll use it or not, but it certainly gives me some ideas to work off of, hahah.
Music Vision (May 15, 2022)
Galite comes across a little bug friend while picking flowers outside.
This art was directly inspired by my own encounter with a ladybug that crawled on my leg one day. Some people say that a ladybug crawling on you is a sign of good luck. And since then, I've felt a bit better around insects when I would usually be nervous. Coincidence? I think not! :p

Wherever Victoria Algolys goes, a reputation of notoriety and unusual leadership surrounds her. Many say she's a former space dictator who conquered an entire galaxy in one Earth-day, then quit because she got bored. She now lives in another dimension, claiming every uncharted area she can stick a flag (or her fanged teeth) into.

Titled “Cosmic Belle Canto”, this was my first finished art piece from this year and a stylized self-portrait made to usher in a friendlier face for my music and art works.
Looks like it’s been a while since I posted something on Tumblr; so long in fact that prior to signing in again just now, this account was still under my old name Starlyvibes. I’ve changed the name back to Starly Belle so that it’s more consistent with my other social media platforms. Plus I think Starly Belle is a better representation of myself and my work, and it feels more comfortable overall.
The state of this blog is rather ambiguous for a number of reasons. It has been inactive for two years, and while my Tumblr has some pleasant memories associated with it, it additionally holds some rather unpleasant ones as well. With that said, I’m deciding whether to post my more recent art, to delete my old art, or to possibly this blog entirely. Nonetheless, the most likely option’s looking to be the first one (that is, catching up where I left off).
If anything changes, I’ll keep you guys updated here. In the meantime, the “Starly Belle” Tumblr is here to stay.
If you’re new to my art and happen to come across this blog, welcome. I’m glad to share my work with people, and I hope you’ll stick around for more art pieces in the future. Some electronic music may eventually be mixed in there as well. :D
Robot with a Soul - v2
My social profile picture was starting to look a little “iffy”, so I drastically reworked the full original piece to have more refined shading and detail, especially in the hair and the hoodie regions. I also changed the eyes for a more cutesy, friendlier look!
