I have lost and gained weight since probably about 12 years. I used to always be very slim and lean but never good enough. I have ⭐️ved and reached really low weights and binged and gained. I am currently at one of my highest weights I've ever been. I want to get back to where I was. My LW was 45kg and my HW almost 80kg. I want to be somewhat realistic about all of this because I have learned a lot in over a decade of all of that. So 50kg will be my UGW.
I need it. I am committed. I am on day 3 of properly being good rn. I fast for 18-20h each day and then have low cal food. Currently f4asting and my cal budget is 900-1200 rn which is gross I know I hated even just typing that out. But as I said I need to be realistic about all that so I can really stay at my light weight and not fall back into binging. I will gradually lower my daily cal budget but for now that is it. Which will already have me in a significant deficit (I hope).
I want to track my food intake by posting wieiad and weight updates. Also just try get rid of some thoughts. Still trying to figure out how low cal my days will be and probs also try f4sting for 2 days consecutively every week. I'd love some moots and a buddy to help each other out. (18+ no minors pls)
I have had it! I did all this already for years and I'll do it again.
