My latest fic on Sunset is out. It imagines Doctor Aphra being saved by Darth Vader, except... Darth Vader is a woman, making Aphra feel all sorts of things she shouldn't be feeling for this Dark Lord of the Sith.

Doctor Aphra thought she was about to die, but the one-and-only dark lord saved her, the same person who murdered a curator named Utani Zane in front of her. Many people would have possibly taken their chances, and plunged to their painful, untimely death. She wasn't most people. When the dark lord extended a hand, she took it. She saw it as her door. It was a big moment, one of epic proportions. What came next was something that surprised and shocked her beyond belief…

Here's the summary:

The first thing you need to know is I died. I really died. Definitely. I've almost died so many times before. But, this time there was a fiery explosion. My lovely Rynn was gone. Her ship was blown up in front of my very eyes. Next I thing I remember, I was aboard a Star Destroyer and in a holding cell. Some Imperial Officer freed me and I learned that my precious love had somehow survived! I couldn't contain my feelings. I smooched her with so much intensity. Nothing else mattered. Then some damn stormtroopers almost killed both of us, and our friends. This is my story, the kiss that changed everything, and what came next…

Qi'ra prepares for meeting a notorious rogue and renegade who steals from sealed archives, floating prisons, and almost-impossible-to-access caves, selling the artifacts to the highest bidder to earn some cash for herself. Thanks to her informants, she has a strategy in mind to ensure that this woman, who can be described as nothing short of an interstellar disaster, will work for her and do what she wants. She sees this as one of the many ways to bring down the Galactic Empire. At the same time, she plans to offer this woman something she can't, and won't, refuse, something she will not turn down, considering her dalliances with other women…

In the mood for a Reyrose headcanon?

Rey and Rose take a vacation to a beach planet, both of them presenting themselves to one another in skimpy bikinis, Rey in a white one, Rose in black. They go for a swim, enjoying one another’s company immensely. Before they can kiss, a gang of space pirates ambushes the two. With neither able to change out of their bikinis, Rey fights back with her lightsabre, Rose with a blaster pistol. It all ends badly for them when the pirates stun-blast first Rey, then Rose.

Next thing, Rey and Rose regain consciousness finding themselves together locked in the brig of the pirates’ ship, both of them still in their bikinis and with their hands chained behind their backs.

What do you think the two girls will be saying to one another in the situation they in?

an engineer and a scrapper will be out of there in no time, even if they have to be ...creative about it. the REAL question is who gets the credit after they get out... and what her reward will be
