Mod Stardust here, brushing the spider webs and dust off our little post office. Crazy that it's been... A year and a half (???) since the last letter was posted.

I know this seems like a rinse and repeat for this blog, but I will be working on getting through our current stockpile of letters (63 at the time of writing this!) and get them in the queue. I'll be adding a "postage date" since some of them are VERY old at this point. Very sorry to those waiting all this time for your letters to be sent, and thank you for your patience! 😅

With the newest terms of service on X that will go into effect on November 15, users quickly picked up on one change.

So today is the last day before the new terms of service take effect on Nov 15th.

If you are an artist on X, formerly Twitter, who doesn’t want their work in the plagiarism machine that is AI, then I urge you to delete your account or stop posting art (or anything) to their platform.

Their TOS now makes you allow them to steal your stuff in exchange for using their service.

hi. ao3 has another fundraiser going. as ive said before, i cant stop you from giving them your money. what i will say is that there are a lot of people in desperate need right now. ao3 is constantly raising massive amounts more than their goal and they don't seem to be all that transparent about where the money is going. i mean, the site is still in beta and its been running for well over a decade

so anyway. i cant stop yall from spending your money however you want, but i CAN implore you to please consider what you are putting your money towards and, at the very least, put a portion of what you would give to ao3 to some of the massive amounts of people in need right now

I don't have the talent to make art in exchange for donations to Palestinian familes and orgs, so I will be making stimboards instead. The conditions are as follows:

You must send proof that you have donated to a Palestinian family's campaign or organization dedicated to helping Palestine.

With proof of a donation, no matter how big or small, I will complete 1 stimboard request for you.

My goal is to complete each stimboard within 48 hours of the request unless I somehow get too many to make in that time.

The contents of the stimboard can be anything that isn't hateful or disturbing. This will include fandoms I normally have on my do-not-request list.

You must send proof AND your request at the same time/in the same message, either through an ask or a DM, preferably off-anon (I won't publish the ask if you ask me to).
