Clara obviously had a crush on the Eleventh doctor and canonically dated Danny Pink. Since her introduction in “Asylum of the Daleks,” she has shown an obvious interest in other women. In that episode she specifically references a girl, Nina, that she had a crush on in the past. In a more recent episode, Clara mentioned that Jane Austen was a wonderful kisser.

Basically, Clara is very bisexual and it’s very obvious.
