When I was about 7 my friend got me to believe that stuffed animals are actually alive. I believed that with all my heart and we tried feeding them. It went like this - you take whatever food you want the stuffed animal to eat, it was apple in our case, and put it directly to the animal's mouth (we used my teddy bear), and shut your eyes and wait for it.

All was fine until I suddenly felt something nipping at the apple. My hand hadn't moved I was sure of it. I opened my eyes and found the apple to be slightly bitten. I don't know what it was but I was pretty sure that my friend wasn't responsible for that i didn't hear or feel her moving, and the bitten place was waay to small.

So, basically thats why I am always respectful to stuffed animals.

Because YOU NEVER KNOW.

Homestuck and DNA and How the result of the game is coded in the kids' chumhandles and how the whole thing is a DNA/RNA metaphor.

So, I got my friend - biology major - to read Homestuck. So, when she saw this

in Jack: Ascend. she told me what it reminded her of. Its the code of DNA, she told me. It codes like this: ATGC.

And then i remembered the trolls' chumhandles...TA, GA, GC, AG, etc, etc, etc...

And she told me that without an A a correct DNA would be impossible. And then I remembered kids' chumhandles - TT, GG, TG...

And John was GT before he changed it to EB. John isn't right, he is different, but i think we've already established that.

The important thing however, that to form RNA the DNA has to split, to let the special stuff to read the half of the DNA code to make RNA. And the RNA forms like a DNA but with U instead of T. After that the RNA floats away and the DNA becomes whole again.

The interesting thing that Us can form only when they are paired with As. Remember? apocalypseArisen, AA, the handmaid to the UU - the LOrd English.

So, if the troll's session is the DNA splitting, the beta kids session is the catalyst to form a U and to make a RNA, and then become whole DNA again, where are we right now?

After careful questioning she told me that the RNA is more ancient and actually much more simple then the DNA. And that its completely different from DNA. It looks like this but its something different altogether.

I hope that when she finishes reading Homestuck she will be able to understand more. And help me to understand more.
