The fact that humans can be killed through physical means is so ridiculous to me
Like this sounds wild but like. hear me out. a person is such a ridiculously infinitely complicated web of thoughts and feelings and beliefs and such an unbelievably huge amount of knowledge and the idea that you can destroy that by holding a pillow over someone's face for three minutes is absolutely surreal. The idea that you can remove knowledge and emotion and memory from the world with a physical object is literally unbelievable. people are literally infinitely huge and complex and the fact that you can kill the person by killing the body is wild. I'm sure this is incoherent but I hope you get it
It's like. Imagine you threw a fist-sized rock at the empire state building and the entire thing and everything inside it collapsed into dust. That's what the existence of human death feels like
I’ve been looking for the right words to describe the way I feel about death for years and this is it.
i love being queerbaited and i love tragedy i am the gay person homophobic people write for
RIP to the thousands of turkeys being slaughtered in the name of “giving thanks” and “peace on earth”.
And RIP to all the Native Americans who are completely forgotten/have their genocide glamorized and covered up by this holiday
RIP to my asshole after all the food is done being digested
RIP to my bussy after getting pounded by my cousin in the bathroom after thanksgiving dinner
“Cats are cold, detached & unloving.”
“Cats are not loyal.”
“A cat will not greet you at the door.”
“You can not train a cat”
“Cats aren’t that smart.”
“Cats aren’t that good with children.”
“Cats don’t miss you when you’re gone.”
“Cats don’t comfort you when you’re feeling down.”
What a load of crap !!! One thing for certain… cats don’t give a rat’s ass what B.S. you tell about them. They refuse to care less, either about what you think of them, or about the people they love.
“Cats don’t miss you when you’re gone” is a ton of bs. Whenever I leave to go anywhere, I can hear my cats meowing at the door within moments trying to find me. They sit in the window watching for me to come home and they are at the door to greet me almost every single time.
Cats also grieve. This cat watches a video of their owner who had passed away and he tries to cuddle up with the phone. The look on his face when they zoom in on him brings me to tears every time.
One of our cats comes and sleeps next to me when he sees that I’m not feeling well. If he’s in the kitchen when I come down for food with cramps or with a cold, he’ll follow me back upstairs and lay down on me and purr.
Cats are aloof animals who don’t put up with nonsense, will defend their boundaries with claws, and sometimes like to push things down to see what happens, but they aren’t jerks.
I have two stories about my cat.
First one happens a couple of years ago, my cat isn’t a fan of being touched for too long but she lets us hold her from time to time and loves being petted when the time is right but I remember the day my grandad died I didnt know how to feel, he had cancer, his death was inevitable and luckily enough I was able to say goodbye, I just didn’t know it would be my last goodbye, and I think that’s what upset me the most, the closure I got wasn’t proper closure. Anyway I was numb the entire day after receiving the news, I wanted to cry but I couldn’t, so I picked up my cat (she let me), and then I placed her on my lap and sat on the stairs for hours not saying anything, not speaking, just stroking my cat. And she stayed there the entire time, her purring was the only noise I could hear and it gave me great comfort, im extremely thankful for that day, because even though I was so sad, I wasn’t alone with my grief and Idk it made me feel better, and her purring was really soothing to me. I genuinely feel like cats are really empathetic when you give them the chance to be.
Also my job back in my home city ends pretty late, like I start at 4pm and I probably won’t be able to walk back home until about 3am (I walk home cos my job is 20mins from my house. It’s not a long journey but it’s still not the safest and sometimes I feel really vulnerable and anxious (I’m a young girl walking home at 3 am, society has taught me that I’m basically a walking target), but that feeling of anxiousness always goes the moment I turn the corner to the road my house is on and I can see my cat waiting for me at the bottom of the road, just sat there at the gates like shes expecting me. I always walk up to her and she meets me half way and we go into the house together, I work at a fast food place so I always bring home a little treat from her and idk it became our little nighttime routine, idk I always felt a great deal of comfort when I would see her at night, kind of felt like I wasn’t alone anymore.
This is my cat Kingston, sat on the very step she let me hold her in silence so I could grieve all those years ago.
Just stab the wool into shape
Is that what needle felting is? I though you needed some sort of base?
This is what felting is. It’s a very good hobby for somebody who enjoys stabbing ^u^ what do you think I do all day?
Really thought he was gonna get a giant great wig….hoping actually
Wanna know how it works?
Those needles have barbs that catch and tangle the fibers of the roving (the term for that loose wool) together. The more you stab it the more tightly-packed and the more firm the object becomes. It takes a lot of little stabs to smooth out the texture on the surface and is best done with a single fine gauge needle.
Fun fact: the longer you use a felting needle the sharper it becomes, as the wool polishes the point.
This doesn’t bode well for your fingers but hey. It’s a fun art filled with cute projects, lots of stabbing, blood, and swearing.
????????? oh!
I will not leave this earth until I experience luxurious experiences and obtain beautiful things. Even the thought of dying before having lived a rich full life makes me sad. I do not want to settle for mediocrity. These things exist and I am worthy of them. I will not leave this physical earth until I have lived and bought and worn and visited all the things and places I desire.

First off, the guy in the picture was arrested asap after those videos were made public - the police were fired, but not arrested.
Secondly there’s a significant difference between the abuse of power by police and a random sociopath beating people.
It’s like saying there’s no difference between a teacher beating the shit out of a student vs two students getting into a fight - and then on top of that having a system in place that rarely punishes the teacher.
Do you remember them?
What about
