That honestly was like the perfect reset. wasn't it? And wow, you're already back in the blonde era. The commitment! But I'm so excited for you. You can tell when people genuinely love the show, and I am included in that group, I can't wait for season two! I'm working on a few things right now, I am in paradise again, this time I am in greece for some events which is both exciting and slightly overwhelming. I am also in the middle of an intense training to get in shape for my next character. So, I am under a rigid routine that it's making me feel stronger than ever.
It was, a few days to enjoy before getting back to normalcy. I've gone on trips that are far longer with family and the shock of getting back into things after like a two week holiday? Rough. Yep! We started working on things this week which means I'm back to it. We love how many people are enjoying it, honestly. Think we always wonder how much is something going to be enjoyed and then it blew up as big as it did, as fast as it did? Was not expecting that. Here's to hoping season 2 is as good as the first season. Greece? Nice! I've heard a lot of great things to see and do there. What's your next character? Or is it one you can't speak about yet?
Next time I go, if that's anytime soon, I will try and remember that. Love time on the beach, feel like I need to try and make it happen more in my life when I have time. I am, we started back this week actually. It's mainly the beginning stages, running through scripts, test reads, things like that but they're gearing up the places we film so really thrilled to be back with it.
It's always better with good friends no matter what you do. The more the merrier. We go on tours sometimes for work. Right now we're in Europe and we all get out and see things. Our locker room is like a family.
It is, and I'm lucky to have the group of friends I've made in the last 18 months of my life. Traveling has been one thing I've enjoyed though I'll admit I'm happier being back in Canada with filming. We did get to go to Brazil for press that was amazing since I didn't think that would ever happen. I get it, it's a good feeling having all those people that feel like family around when you're not near home. That's pretty much the big reason I survived the press tour having them along for the ride.

There was a lot less pressure when I knew the focus on the season was on someone else. Now knowing that a good portion of it is on Dean and Allie, gotta admit, little more pressure settled in. We talking trouble tonight or the whole weekend? I need to be sober enough to go look at condo's on Sunday. Crashing on Jalen's couch can only last so long.
Oh oh, yeah they don't miss a beat when it comes to you boys. But lately? They've really had their eyes on you and your hair status. Which makes sense. They're all dying for news about season two. Right?? There are so many that are so creative, it blows my mind on a daily. Dean and Måneskin? I need to see this edit, please and thank you. Just keep in mind that I'll literally be browsing the entire store though. SO I apologize in advance for that. Sephora and Ulta are like my safe haven, you know. I mean not having a clue about what is what makes sense, but no worries. I'll teach you. That's a deal that I'm going to say yes to. Once a week is all we need. We can do it after a long day on set when we're sat in front of the TV and decompressing together. Might even light a candle for that extra essence of peace. Teaching a person how to fall though doesn't seem very logical. It'd be like teaching a person how to run without looking like a fool. Everyone is just built different. I have a feeling that you'll be waking up that early the entire time we're filming. PRIVATE: The meeting did go well and I was so surprised? I think deep down they're all just rooting for us and want us to be happy. But of course, putting the show as priority. Dare I say that Louisa is our number one supporter?? Honestly, that makes perfect sense. I don't want others being all up in our business. I want to be able to enjoy our time together without people following us into our building just to start rumors and discourse about us.
No, they really don't. Have to admit it's both amusing and terrifying in one go. People were very concerned that I had gone back to my natural hair even though we haven't actually filmed in a while at that point. We're trying to make my hair not fall out, bleaching only as needed. Dean and Måneskin. Was fucking awesome. I'll airdrop it to you for you to watch. Don't worry I'm happy to carry the basket so you can walk around and shop. Just don't expect me to have any input. Unless it's perfume, can always tell you what I like as far as scents. As long as I get the stuff they're telling me I need. Since no one liked the idea of me just ordering it to be delivered. Mainly think they're positive I'm just going to get the wrong stuff. I'm good with that, we'll need to have some decompressing days. Bel is already planning on us going out and celebrating the first week surviving. Sorry to break it to you, but teaching people how to fall is actually a whole thing they do when you're learning. Falling on the ice can become very dangerous around sharp skates, even for myself I've had some pretty... close calls if I didn't protect my falls. No! Not... that early every day. Maybe early but that was definitely getting back into it nerves. Private: Mean what could they have really done about it? At bare minimum we had slept together they can't really prevent anything at this point, babe. Does help that they're happy and not downright pissed off. Okay, so Sunday there's two places I have set up to go see figure it's better to get input instead of just taking something because we want to get all settled in. Though I'm sure Jalen is ready for me to get off the couch.
Alright, I'm fine with giving Jalen that title. He really does give off that boy next door or golden retriever energy. He can't do anything wrong and everyone just loves him. That's good, at least we can visit Mexico again at some point. Would've sucked if our names are on a blacklist. It's crazy how fast everything's going. He does, truly sometimes think he doesn't get enough appreciation but if there's any of us that is probably the sweetest it's him. You can have second place because it's definitely not Belmont or me. Really is, but when we all got on that chat to tell us we got green lit for season two... can't even describe how I felt. Really excited, yeah. Think getting to dig into Dean more, see a vulnerable side of him that he's not used to showing. We all know Dean as this incredibly suave, got his shit together, takes a lot to rattle him, ladies man but I'm really hoping we get to see the side from the book on just how smart he is. He's a man who has an offer from Harvard for law school, he's protective of his family, so I'm hoping we get to reflect in that a bit. See how he handles having to really deal with emotions of a relationship that is the first time he's kind of let himself feel something. But what about you? We're getting India on the show for Grace, gonna see some intertwining of threading her and Logan's story. Can I admit I finally sat down and watched the full play through of In Pieces and gotta say, we gotta get you singing on the show.

It is! Jalen's my boy, love him. Fucking hilarious. He's amazing, truly. Nothing short of the sweetest guy. Don't worry he behaves, and then we all don't behave. No, really. Literally one of my best friends now. Him and I have been grabbing lunch out pretty much each day since I got back to Canada to film. Heard that The Pitt will be starting filming in just a few weeks. We started up today, gearing everything into full steam ahead for season two. I'm hoping you'll all be able to fit Jalen in still for the Pitt even if it's the night shift again.
I haven't had the chance to watch the Off Campus yet, but I can tell from the clips that I am going to love it. I wonder what it is that the audiences think is so sexy about hockey. I mean, it can be kind of hot to watch a bunch of people shove each other around, if you're into that. What do you think? @stephenkalynfms
I'm impartial, I can't give anything but an incredibly biased answer that it's a great show. Sure you get that, feeling that way about Heated Rivalry. Wrong person to ask, think hockey is incredibly hot. Given I grew up playing hockey, this is like my dream right now. Acting and hockey? I grew up in Canada and practically raised on it with my family. Knew I would never go pro though, but look where I ended up still doing hockey and the dream. When you watch you'll have to let me know what you think.
They were making tiktoks about your blonde hair? The fans really talk about the most weirdest things sometimes. I'm always left with brows raised and all that. You know the products, cool. That'll make it easier when I've got you leading me through the store because don't have a clue. Been in Sephora four times since starting this show and still not a fucking clue. Okay meet in the middle, I'll give you face masks and eye patches for like a once a week thing. You don't need them more than once a week, right? No, he is perfectly limber, he just doesn't know how to fall. It's all good if we don't take the piss out of each other it wouldn't be us. I'll be headed to the gym tomorrow though, already got my alarm set for 6. Can get in and get out. Did kind of feel like first day of school, that first week is always a good time. Blinked and we're back. The blond is back, the abs are - well, those never went away but I'm back in the gym, back on the ice. Don't think I've ever been more excited to get into things. I realize I'm far too happy for just shy of 10 in the morning and we've not even gone through our first test read. Gotta admit I'm happier to be back in Canada. Don't think it's boring if you're enjoying the time spent that's all that really matters. Definitely spent a good few days out on the beach, also did a hell of a lot of drinking. I'm oddly okay that it ended because we pick up filming starting today and I enjoy being able to hang with the people I've gotten so close with. Favorite activity on the trip... huh. now i have a question, it's kind of off topic but also not at the same time. now i know off campus is based off a book series, have you read it? if that's a dumb question i am sorry for asking. i haven't read it yet, but my friends were telling me to read it first before i watch it. back on topic, damn that's crazy you have to probably go back to filming after this trip. ah my mistake, i understand that.
Yes! It's based off a book series that has a few different spin-offs from the main series. I have read it, actually. Or well.. I fully read the book that involves Dean, who I play. I've skimmed the others, did a good chunk out of The Deal since that is what the first season is based on. Will say you can kind of watch and read at the same time, there's a few changes that make things a bit different. We actually start filming today for the second season. Honestly, I'm pretty excited I've enjoyed being back in Vancouver.
