Fallout;goals
JUNE 1ST So I completely fell off the wagon with the end of the semester and I am {finally} going to get back on. I decided the best way to do that would be to set some small goals. Today I weighed: 174.2 I work 12 hours tomorrow: I want to walk at least 2 miles, don't eat Tim Horton's for breakfast. This weekend I'm celebrating my birthday: attempt not to totally pig out, and fit at least one half hour workout in. End of June goal weight: 168
