“you will know the truth, the truth will set you free."
if you have a problem with any of the fictional pairings that i enjoy on the internet, for the low cost of $9,000 you can pay me to care about what you think
It feels creepy liking people's posts on Tumblr. Real life has taken up so much of my time; I haven't been on many social networks in ages. It’s important for me to catch up on everything to drown out that damn feeling that I’m missing out on something, but fuck, why do I feel like a goddamn stalker?
PSA: People who make things you like owe you nothing.
Nada. Zilch.
You are not entitled to someone’s time and energy because you like the things they make. You are not entitled to them engaging with you. You are not entitled to them agreeing with you.
Enjoy the thing they chose to share with you. Appreciate the work that went into it. Show support if you’re feeling kind.
But if your response is to keep showing up demanding attention, demanding content, complaining when they do anything you like less, bringing drama to their doorstep, demanding their opinions align with yours, and trying to guilt trip or concern troll them into engaging with you, and they don’t like that, the problem is not that the creator is “mean.”
The problem is that you decided for whatever reason that other person’s boundaries and the notion of giving them basic respect were optional.
The most underrated skill on the goddamn internet is hearing the word no or seeing something you don’t like and choosing to move on with your life.
if you want me to consume a new media you MUST catch me at the exact moment when the stars are aligned and the air pressure is equal to the current degree of the sun’s peak against the horizon and all the cosmic energies are perfectly unified (aka my old interest is fading out) or i will nod and say “im adding that to my list!” Knowing theres no chance i will check it out
“unless its a book!” “unless you tell me it has gay people in it!” “this but only for live action shows” “theres a good chance i’ll get to it eventually” no wrong this post is not for you this post is ONLY for bitches who could have a treasured friend recommend them something that sounds grown in a lab to be your personal catnip and, with no choice in the matter, immediately know it will never be the right time to watch/read/listen to it
“you cannot ship these two fictional characters because—” actually I can because they are not real people. they are just toys I play with. you cannot apply real-world morality to fiction or how strangers play with their imaginary toys in their imaginary sandboxes.
you can, however, curate your own internet experience by minding your own business, muting/blocking/scrolling past what upsets you but does not hurt anyone in real life in any way, shape or form.
“ship whatever you want except xyz. there is a limit” so you miss the entire point of what I just said 👌🏻
there is, in fact, no limit. I may be uncomfortable with it, I may even find it unpleasant/disturbing, but my personal feelings are not rules that can be applied to other people, and they absolutely do not justify shaming or harassing other people.
it's important to leave comments and feedback, but you should also think before sending something, because it might make the person *not* want to share their creations anymore

Oh, Friday the 13th
Btw, I'm not dead ✌️
Abandoned
Seriously this cat is a sack of trauma, I wish I could hug him.
(This is very old and is just me venting about the unfair things that happened to Theo and to Catnap, its not connected to Branching Paths. Small sidenote, I am doing a lot of work, once I am free from that I will come back to the asks, and I am actually also preparing one particular ask!)
”There used to be…eight of them? I think?”
Ollie’s lines from Chapter 3 are pretty funny knowing about chapter five. It made me go back and look at the context, and the fact that this giant spider jester was talking about “ouchies” and “kaboom!”
But, I hadn’t noticed this at first, but the Prototype hesitated when numbering the Smiling Critters, and I’m like:
Bro…do you NOT remember the number of the smiling critters??? Isn’t your most loyal follower, the “Catnap” of the group??? Dude had to think about it.
I headcanon that for older experiments, they aren’t as aware of the newer toy lines, so to the Prototype and Poppy, they just see a bunch of weird ass toys they aren’t familiar with such as Doey and Nightmare Critters.
DogDay deserved better, change my mind.
Happy Reunion uwu ⬇️Context below on the setting. I had like stuff planned but really I only wanted to draw Daynap cuddling lmao
