The violence last night in Colorado Springs is sickening. Thinking of the families & friends of those affected and all of my friends and family in the LGBTQIA+ community that are also hurting today. We have got to stop seeing each other as the enemy. Love one another, y’all. 🏳️‍🌈❤️

Who I Am Is Not Who I Was

Who I am now is not the same person that I used to be.

Who I am now is not the same person I will be in the future.

But who I am right now is exactly who I need to be at this moment.

Oftentimes, we attach ourselves to the role we have assigned ourselves, forgetting that we are fluid and ever-changing.

I think it is important to embrace the current you and live out all the experiences that he/she is leading you towards. Otherwise, you might not find yourself in that doorway you are meant to walk through to your next adventure.
