What kind of computer are you using? Windows, Apple? I do not know anything about mobile shimejis, my files are made for the computer programs.

I just recently downloaded your AVA shimejis, and it isn't working for my Google ChromeOS? Can you please fix this if it works for Google ChromeOS Can you please tell me how to use it?

there are ways of running java on chrome os it looks like, though i'm unsure how well things perform with it. if you have administrative privileges on your computer then here is a video on installing java, and jars are run with "java -jar <PATH/TO/JAR>" i am unable to test on chrome os myself and will not be able to assist any further unfortunately.

Potentially. I still would like to have the hollowheads as shimejis at some point, but right now my motivation is rather slim for it.

I hope I'm not bothering you, but I just recently downloaded your AVA shimejis and was wondering if you shared the right link for it? It's just the images/frames, and dragging it into the regular base your post also linked to doesn't work since it has more animations and different names than the default. (post ID is 707671053496975360, tumblr doesn't like linking in asks) I'm guessing you accidentally just linked a sub-folder?

(answering this publicly too if anyone else has this problem)

hey, sorry for taking a bit to respond. in order to use the shimejis, you just need to copy the folders named after the sticks ("red" and so on) and put it into the "img" folder so that the insides look like this:

as far as i can see, you need to leave the default shimeji in the folder or it won't run. let me know if you have any other issues with it.

when you open shimeji-ee, it should add an icon to your task bar of a little computer screen. right clicking on that icon will bring up a menu. left click on "settings," then click "choose shimeji…" you can then tick all of the sticks you want on your desktop and remove the default shimeji. it should save your settings for the next time you open it.

(i also recommend turning off "breeding/cloning" in "allowed behaviors," unless you like a bunch of them running around)
