How Soundwave should’ve handled the situation (no I’m not sorry (ง ° ͜ ʖ °)ง )

You ever just realize the other reason that Soundwave is so competent among decepticons and get things done is how he usually has his cassettes who all trust him and they always work good together since they’re all loyal to him compared to other decepticons constantly in conflict with each other due to differing agendas and how they really don’t trust each other especially Megatron and Starscream?

   There is one thing you can trust; Soundwave will do his job, and to extend that, the cassettes will do theirs. 

   Without a doubt the biggest problem the Decepticons have besides being terrible, is that they have no trust in each other (though, Megatron created that type of environment within the Decepticon ranks.) What type of person is willing to join an army where you can literally back stab each other for positions of power? Of course there is going to be conflicting agendas. 

   The revolving door of SiCs, the beatings of decepticons, the murder plots, the threats, the lies, and so much more- There’s no room for trust. You have to be cruel and successful, otherwise, you might become scrap.

   You can’t even trust your commanding officers to treat your dead body with some form of respect. 

   But yeah, Soundwave is competent within the Decepticon ranks for several reasons:

1. He usually gets the job done and does it well.

2. He keeps tabs on everything. Soundwave is known as the eyes and ears of the Decepticons for a reason, so he is more or less updated on what mecha are doing or planning. He may not always react in retaliation; but he knows. 

3. He is loyal to Megatron, so his agendas don’t work against the Decepticon cause, hence he never causes a scene unless it goes against what he perceives as Megatron’s wishes. 

4. Laserbeak is the true MVP. Soundwave and Laserbeak are like fucking nanny cams. Oh? You wanna cause shit? In front of my cassette? Are you sure about that?

Up for interpretation, but the mood that came to mind was ‘tragedy’. Soundwave sacrificed all for the Decepticon Cause, and now that Cause is crumbled (to all outward appearances at least).

TFP Soundwave is so overpowered like he’s a computer hacking techno genius with the fighting skills of a champion gladiator who can track you down and record everything you do without ever revealing his presence, and he has a helpful little Murder Bird for instant backup whenever he needs it.

Literally the only thing that keeps him from dominating everything is the fact that he just doesn’t give a fuck unless ordered to, or Megatron’s wellbeing is directly involved.

I absolutely adore him.
