Derek shrugged and held Stuart to his chest and rested his head on his.  “They can be with us. It’s hard when we’ve lost so many in such a short time. Mom, Laura…they will be there in spirit. Your mom, she’s always watching over us.” He told him and kissed his head.  “We could set up a run then and that way, whoever wants to join us, can. I could call Isaac. Hopefully he will come back. He could stay here or with Chris.”  He told him and closed his eyes as he leant back on the couch with his fiance. He felt like he was on top of the world.

Stuart looked at Derek. “Do you think they’d be happy  that we are getting married? Do you think they’d approve of me, even though I’m human?” Stuart asked. He knows that Talia had found them adorable when they were kids but now they are adults. This was something different when you are adults. 

“I would like that very much. I’m sure that both would love to join us. Isaac loves you Derek. He’d love to be in the wedding.” Stu chuckled a bit before curling upon Derek.

Jordan realized that he should have been thinking of the consequences here instead of letting his sex drive rule him. Now Stuart was retaliating and he should have known that is what would happen.
