Guess what? I found the pen to my tablet! :D SAI is so weird, I do not understand this digital art stuff. But practice makes perfect, and if I ever want to get anywhere in life I need to practice the thing I know I'm meant to do. I'm just messing with it for now, doing quick sketches and throwing some colour on there, colour studies of my characters for the moment. Of course, it would be better if she had a name, but naming my babies is always so hard. D: I'll do a full body picture later. :)

I can't find much of my scanned stuff at the moment, and what I can find is so damn light you can barely see it. :K

I might scan a bunch of stuff tomorrow, but I know better than to promise anything. This is an older pic, the Ivysaur from my other Nuzlocke I still intend to do in the future, maybe, I hope. Geez.

Hey look I finally uploaded the cover! XD I know, all this time and you only get a cover, I'm sorry! I am an ultra-uber-ridiculous-master-procrastinator, you don't even know. I am going to attempt to make one page per week, that's my bare minimum, but I highly doubt I'm going to manage more than that, but we'll see. I am currently attempting to find a job, which is not going well. You put in applications and never hear anything back. :( My plan is to get a job (the worst hurdle to get over) and save up the money to get a Cintiq tablet, so suggestions on which one I should get would be amazing. Pros, cons, anything I should know I would really love to hear anyone's imput on it. I've got a cheap Bamboo tablet that I've used like, maybe twice and then I went and lost the goddamn pen to it so I can't even use it in the meantime. :( So, the pages are just going to be pencil with minimum shading, maybe a hint of colour here and there, and the text is going to be typed so you can actually read it because I have the worst fucking handwriting, I swear. :( SO. Yeah. Let there be a Nuzlocke!

Almost forgot, man I suck at this. Going to start working on my Nuzlocke inna bit... I should note, my active hours are currently 3/4pm to around mayb 4/5am, I think my sleeping schedule got mixed up with a bat or something. XD

Have a cute Dalamatian with a Heart-shaped eye spot. Yunno. Cuz Valentines stuff's in the stores already. And I hate Valentines Day. LOGIC!

PokedeXY Day 3 (Late): Fave Dragon - Goodra

Oh man, did this one give me problems. Goodra was actually easy to draw once I got around figuring out her head/muzzle, but once I got to the colouring I realized I did not have the right colour Purple for the ‘outer layer’. My Purples were too dark. :( So I tried going over the spaces in white first, then purple, and it was working for a time but I’d keep missing spots and get the dark purple here and there. Then I found the light purple I needed…in the crayons. :( My colouring skills leave much to be desired, but this is the first of the PokedeXY drawings I’ve hated the colouring on. Oh well! I won’t learn if I don’t make mistakes, right? I’m skipping Day 4: Fave Electric because reasons. On to Day 5!

PokedeXY Day 5: Fave Fairy - Swirlix

What can I say about this one? Aside from the lighting doesn’t help the colours any. :K I was going to do Swirlix and Whimsicott together, but I couldn’t settle on a setup, so I just did Swirlix. :P This particular Swirlix is Peppermint-flavoured, hence the light swirls on her fluff. :D I like Peppermint. Yay I’m back on track!

PokedeXY Day 6 (Late): Fave Fighting - Breloom

Oi, and here I thought I was back on track. Oops. Well, I didn’t get up till around 2pm yesterday, then I had to go to my sister’s band-parade thing till 6, went to dinner with my family, and by the time we got home I had to shower for my cousin’s visit today and totally forgot about it. :K Pluh. But I did it! But I’m not doing todays, Fire, because I can’t pick one damn Fire type to draw because I like too many, and I don’t think I have it in me to draw more than one ‘mon tonight. This pic was rushed as it is. I love Breloom. What’s not to love about a Mushroom-Dinosaur that can kick your ass? I didn’t take the colouring seriously this time, I fooled around with it, and yes, I screwed up the tail’s colour. The irony is I had the reference picture right there and I still ducked it up. Oh well, trial and error. I like it better this way. XD He’s got a cranberry tail! I can’t wait to do tomorrow’s, it’ll be fun!

Oh look, an attempt at shading. XD Crayons aren’t that user friendly, or maybe it’s just Crayola crayons that don’t like me, dunno. :P

Got tomorrow’s picked out, so it’ll be fun, but Day 10’s going to be a butt because I’m having problems picking one Pokemon! D: We’ll see what happens! :D

Hello, my name is Jennie and I like drawing Marshmallow Litwicks. Okay, so I drew it before I checked any reference pictures, because I’ve drawn it before. Then I realized it’s a lot thinner than that, but I like it better fat and squishy looking! Come on, don’t you wanna give it a hug? It’ll just cost part of your soul! Not much to say about this one honestly, I actually wanted to do Flygon, but I couldn’t figure out a pose I was happy with and really didn’t want to copy of the official artwork. I also didn’t feel like colouring. I’ll try to get today’s up y’know, today, but my grandfather got admitted into the hospital with a mild case of pneumonia, so I can’t promise anything.
