just a quick update: my dog and i had an accident last week. i'm mostly okay, but i'm focused on taking care of her until we know for sure what's wrong. tonight was the first time she almost seemed like herself for a few minutes, so i'm hopeful her next trip to the vet will bring more clear news

if you can keep her in your thoughts, i'd appreciate it. <3 i hope y'all are well; i'll do my best to catch up on tags and such when i can (but i can't promise how soon)

Update: She's okay! Official word that it was only a soft tissue injury, not a break. Her pain is down, she's putting weight on the leg, and she's behaving more like herself again, so she's officially on the mend

Its the doc! The blank document steals the ideas from. Your brain!!!! If you want to keep your ideas,, do NOT look at the doc when you open it, look STRAIGHT* AT THE KEYBOARD and write the first words to pop into your head! Once the document isn't empty it, takes away its evil power over you

i read a book for the first time in years. a real actual physical novel.

it wasn't even a very good book but. the feeling of reading again, of immersing myself in a brand new world, meeting brand new characters
