Put down that fattening food and chug some water alright? You don’t need to consume this many calories in a day, 500 is your limit today ok fatass? Prove to me you’re dedicated enough to lose another pound. Better yet, five.

things ive noticed after losing 20 pounds 💛
my jeans that didnt fit last month because i was too fat are literally loose on my waist now and wrinkle on my knees and my thighs
i have smaller cheeks and you can see my cute dimples
my cheekbones are so defined, not crazy cut or anything but visible
my lips and eyes look bigger, and i have super small lips lol
i dont feel my thighs touch as much anymore, im still thicc down there but they barely chafe now (i am legit 200 pounds but i can FEEL the difference its amazing)
when i dance or bounce around my thighs dont slap loudly together and make me wanna die (^: (if i get sweaty they do but yolo)
i can see the bottoms of my ribs when i suck in, or if i raise my arms!!! holy shit
i have a defined line down the centre of my stomach that shows my abs i love it
i can wrap each of my fingers around my wrist (not arm, but halfway up my forearm!) i couldn’t last month
im beginning to get comments on my weight loss and my appearance being more attractive
my skin is CLEAR sis
my skin gets less red, and im less out of breath when i walk places or exercise
i have way more energy despite eating way less lmao?? weird
i uhhhh actually like green tea ((TIP : dilute it with sugar free cordial?? (Miwadi) its so good))
i dont get hungry half the time
my cellulite? gone .
i can feel my hips, my collarbones, my ribs when im standing around
its been tough but if i can do it , literally anyone can? i have a loooong way to go but i definitely have noticed changes and its so motivating, so i made this list 🌿💕

its so much fun and you dont even realise thirty minutes have passed by and you burn a shittttt tooonnn of calories! i burned around 350 calories in 40 minutes while having a great time with a friend. best time tbh.
AND ITS A WHOLE BODY WORK OUT!! nothing gets left out.
