for context Autorack Cars like those are Excess Height (just like Doublestacked Container Trains and Hi-cube Boxcars) which is to say they are taller then 16 feet which was the height most bridges and tunnels in North America were designed to accomdate (except the Hudson and East River Tunnels in New York which are about 2 feet shorter and the maximum height of trains for them is 14.7 feet which the exact height of the Jersey Multilevels and the Siemens Ventures cars)

the Venture cars are used by Amtrak, Brightline, and Via Rail for medium distance Train service on state supported routes although they are gonna be rolled out on the Northeast Corridor in the next few years, whereas the Multilevel is a Commuter Car designed specifically for use by NJ Transit (although EXO in Montreal also uses them)
