O Allah, I am exhausted even from myself, what more can I say?
To whom can I entrust this broken heart except You?

O’ Allah, guide us to what you love and pleased with.
Safiyyah Bint 'Umar
Once a woman complained to 'Ā'ishah رضي الله عنها about the hardness of the heart, so 'Ā'ishah said, "Increase in the remembrance of death, it will soften your heart." So the woman [went away and] did that and her heart softened. So she returned to 'Ā'ishah رضي الله عنها to thank her.
And guide me to all that would make You pleased with me.
How many slips into sin I have made, yet You are, towards me, full of bounty and favour.
People assume good of me, but I am the worst of people if You do not pardon me.
For your sadness, there is prayer. For your pain, there is Quran. For the tightness in your chest, there is forgiveness. For your future wishes, there is dua. For everything you missed in this world, there is Jannah.
When you want something, turn to Allah. When you don't want something, turn to Allah. The point is everything you want and don't want can only be given and taken by Allah. Your hardships, your blessings, your pain and your happiness, can only be granted and removed by the will of Allah. So when you need the confusion to disappear, and when you need to understand the what's and the why's, turn to Allah. Turn to Allah and He will soothe your heart and comfort your soul, in ways that no one else can even try.
Oh God, wipe away all the distress I feel in my heart.
Ya Allah, I ask You for Your love, the love of those who love You, and the deeds that will bring me closer to Your love.
