Friendly reminder
“Doing your best” does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown.
this one still smashes me in the face ten times a year. do not ignore pain, it’s no longer your best at that point

Productive day in my life #1
• wrote my to do list for the day
Today my motivation ist quite low. I‘m trying my best to get things done and even though I have timeblocked my week, I try to be gentle on myself.
I really wanted to try out energy management. I still need to do some research on it. Do you want me to share my experience?
• edited my pictures for Tumblr
• finally at 10 am I start working on my Uni stuff
I have finally finished working through the material the professor gave us. It took me so long to understand. Well now, it's almost 12 pm and it is time for my lunch break.
• 1 pm I started working on my uni work
• 4 pm it is time for my coffee break and I called my parents
• after that I read 1.5 hours
I have gotten myself a library card and I was using it's ebook service. I really fell in love. I have so many book in my list and I tried to make it a habit to read at least 30 minutes everyday

My boyfriend got me some salted caramel hot chocolate from Whittard and I’ve been trying to resist drinking it all, but like, it’s so damn good!! Hot chocolate really is my guilty pleasure drink. My boyfriend knows me so well <3
“Becoming literate, then, means far more than learning to decode the written representation of a sound system. It is truly an act of knowing, through which a person is able to look critically at the world he/she lives in, and to reflect and act upon it.” — Paulo Freire, Cultural Action for Freedom

2+ Months of Language Learning Prompts!
Sometimes it can be tricky to know what to learn if you are teaching yourself a language. Here are some ideas for what you can focus on learning each day for the first two months of learning a new language! I formatted it so there is the general topic for the day and then in parentheses are some ideas to get you started but you can definitely learn a lot more than what I’ve written down! These are just to help generate some ideas!
This definitely would move pretty quickly if you covered all this material in 2 months so you could definitely spend more time on each topic if you need! This would require quite a bit of time each day in order to learn it all. This could totally work for a 4 or 6-month challenge where you spend 2 or 3 days on each of the topics I listed if you don’t have enough time to cover each topic in just one day!
