21.3.18// working on a new topic for my next paper. It’s going to be on Marieluise Fleißers Tales but I need to formulate the Fragestellung and it´s always difficult at the beginning. I´m very happy because I also proposed to a professor my work on feminist literary theory - the écriture féminine thing - and the analysis of Ferrante and she was enthusiast about it. So she accepted me for a paper on Christa Wolfs Medea. Stimmen and I´m also going to present my work on Ferrante in her Bachelor course (I don´t know If I should be excited or scared!).   ::: feat. my new keep calm and drink water bottle :::

Took my last midterm today and it was ochem!! bittersweet it’s my last ochem midterm for a really long time. But at least I can do other things rather than study now LIKE TENNIS AND JUSt being lazy in bed and also sleeping more than 4 hours

Hello!

I feel really guilty today because I didn’t go to my maths class. I was so tired, but I still should have gone ughh. What makes it worse is that the lecturer specifically told me to come so I can’t wait to face that next class :)

Also cramps are bad today so I didn’t do a lot.

But for some reason, it’s 10pm and I suddenly feel really motivated. I’m just going to study a bit until I feel like sleeping.

Tomorrow will be better.

100 Days of Productivity

Day 1/100 - 21st March 2018

I want to start this again because I need to get myself out this rut and start really focusing on my work. I had good intentions this morning - I'd come to Starbucks at 6am when it opens, have breakfast and lunch here and do some solid work.

I ended up waking up at 11am.

All was not lost though, I woke up, got ready and went out the door with a positive mind, and am now sitting here an hour in and getting some good work done!

I'm pretty pleased I didn't just give up and write the day off - as there are still plenty of hours left in the day, I'm just not working the specific ones I set out to work.

Also the only thing that would make this better (as they have comfy sofas now which I've managed to grab!!), would be a cat so I've put one on the picture because a gal can dream ok
