WEPONIZING AMITY'S FEELINGS TOWARDS LUZ
AIGHT MY LAST THEORY FOR THE NIGHT. In this episode we got the chance to see these two characters who im 99% sure are mr and ms blight.
They are behind lilith during the duel scene so its a blink and you'll miss it thing, not only their silhouettes match those in undertanding willow but both of them are in the abomination track just like amity.
BUT this is not the last time we see the blights.
this character right here stands out ALOT they are clearly wearing a emperors coven cape but have a very different mask from any of the guards.
now you could see two possibilities with this design, if this character were to be mr or ms blight then it could work as them being a part of the emperors coven and in a high rank position OR we could even tie this character down to one of the most popular theories in the fandom right now which is that either mr or ms blight are the head of the abomination coven, and if it were true then that would mean they would be a part of the high council mentioned at the begining in wing it like witches.
so, if one of the blights were to be that character we see talking with belos before kikimora shows up that would impliy that the blights are aware of the existance of luz the human and that luz is in hexside since we know that emperor belos knows all of that information.
Emperor belos mentions that he will keep an eye for the residents of the owl house, who would better fit that position than one of the humans friends? Being around luz and even getting in and out of the owl house would be a great source of information for belos and if that character is one of the blights parents then they are going to force their kids to bring them information.
I see absolutely this happening like them finding out about amitys shenanigans with luz and telling her about it, she freaks out and tells them to not hurt her but they dont prohibit her from talking to the human, oh no, they tell her she has to talk to her and that they expect her to bring information.
This would absolutely change amitys dynamic with luz and if luz manages to develop feelings for amity rhen we have some good ol heartbreak potential right here.
Just think about it, it would be something.
