I am Warden Ingo of the Pearl Clan. I am also a Subway Boss of Gear Station, returned to my post after a period of extended and unintentional absence. Please be patient with me as I (re)adjust to the modern world! While I have yet to fully regain my memories of my previous life, I am still quite knowledgeable in matters of Pokemon rearing and battling, so please feel free to discuss these with me! I am also quite happy to speak about Hisui and the Pearl Clan. If you see me speaking another language on here, it is most likely Hisuy-itsk, though some words or phrases may be Ichowan. Most of the time, I'm happy to provide a translation. I'm also happy to share more about these languages.

In total, I have 15 Pokemon, though some of them are shared with my brother @joltiklover3000. These can be seen here! He also has some Pokemon of his own, aside from these ones.

Hello all. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on fallers, or people arriving from other times and places? Is there a way to confirm someone is a faller if they can not confirm themself?

I myself happen to be a Faller. From what I've been told, aside from the amnesia, we tend to give off some sort of energy signature similar to Ultra Wormholes. I'm not sure how one goes about measuring such a thing, but apparently, it causes Ultra Beasts to be attracted to us. It's one of the first things the Interpol warned me about upon my return. I wish this person the best of luck- being a Faller can be such an isolating experience, even if you are fortunate enough to return home.

then people will not tag stuff like cults, mind control, child torture, organized abuse, etc. it sucks!

you will encounter psychotic people. if we are choosing to engage in rp, we are responsible for our reactions, and tagging it as unreality makes it harder to distinguish between rp and actual unreality. we may miss rp posts. rp is not unreality, if you need to tag it to clarify just tag it as rp.

in the same vein, stop having untagged plotlines revolving around child abuse, or ramcoa (acronym meaning ritual abuse, mind control, or organized abuse) (ritual abuse doesn't mean it's religious, it's different and more complex than that)! ramcoa is and has always been a pretty popular plot point in fiction, just look at maximum ride, but it needs to be appropriately tagged! i've unfollowed several people for suddenly bringing up "actually my parents trained me and abused me" because that's fucking uncomfortable and also a real thing that happens! tag shit appropriately! less unreality cw, more mind control cw! even it someone isn't a survivor, sudden Horrific And Intentional Abuse Of A Child sucks to stumble across! also, if you want your character to have a ramcoa or adjacent history, at least research a bit! thanks! i'm so tired

Why do people have such a problem with sparring, it's so weird… I took martial arts as a kid and got flung around plenty, and no one complained then.

...Oh hey. Maybe you could find a dojo to spar in? Plenty of people flying around in there.

I have been accused of being violent before, I don't know. It's bothersome, but not overmuch. I can understand the instinct against violence. This is just a part of that, I think. Some minor injury is to be expected, but even a bruise can be distressing when it's on someone you care about. Especially if you do not understand the safety protocols behind sparring.

I haven't considered joining any kind of dojo, though a lot of that is because I simply do not have the time. There is also the fact that I don't really practice any specific form of martial art. I just learned to dodge and to fight, and found sparring in that way as a good and pleasant thing to practice.

[A Roto-Caster video starts up once more, no usual comment from Oran to be found.]

The same group that went into the Cave of Being nearly two weeks ago appears to be back, starting a short distance away from the traveler's shrine. They dropped off their various prizes from the amusement park and Casi is now carrying his newly repaired sword. It's almost eerie, how similar and different this is from the first video all at once.

Grimsley and Ingo have seemingly gone back to being friends again, whatever disagreement they had before put aside. Casi is in high spirits too, keeping pace with the others while watching the fare dodger skitter around excitedly. There's an underlying emotion to the way Casi speaks, something sadder that peaks in before he replaces it with the happy attitude.

When they arrive again at the little traveler’s shrine, Ingo pulls a few offerings out of his bag. One is a traditional offering, the other two being a homemade brownie and a little plush of Ingo. He seems to cast a glance back at the others before laying out the offerings in a proper manner. Casi gives some quiet goodbyes before he joins him, sword respectfully placed against his side as he sits down on the wet stone ground.

They sit like that for a while, Casi continuing his prayers before the shrine even after Ingo finishes his. The silence seems to stretch on for a while, only interrupted by the dripping water from the cave ceiling and the sound of the fare dodger carving into the fallen torii gate post. Shadows cast by the dim light seem to flicker and distort, though that may simply be a trick of the light caused by Fusee’s flames. No one can be quite sure. The video stretches on… And on… And on…

Eventually Casi’s body seems to go a bit slack, as if he’s dozing off while sitting up before startling awake rather suddenly. He looks around, disoriented, “Oh! Sorry did I fall… Asleep… What’s going on?”

Everything felt as it had before except that Indigo and Volo were no longer there. No one was arguing anymore.

we managed to show enough restraint to not absolutely clean out the game booths. even though we could've and i kind of wanted to. i got this little plush version of nobori that i thought was silly.. looks just like it! but smaller.

I cannot emphasize enough, both people were enthusiastic to spar with me and neither injury was severe. Just because it is not the norm in this time period does not mean that it cannot be a safe, enriching form of exercise and bonding. Granted, I did not consider the differences, but I was still cautious, and Roku is well enough to be going out today, so I believe that you are blowing this out of proportion.
