This time, the exercise wasn't about speed or form. It was focused on learning to stay together and work as a team. Don't go ahead of the pack, don't fall behind the pack. Easier said than done, when everyone wants to come in first. Each child in 'Success in Strides' is part of a team. The earlier kids learn the dynamics of working together, the better off they will be as an adult. This exercise teaches a child that it doesn't always take just one person to finish/win, but a team to finish/win. #boysandgirlsclub #successinstrides #run #team #kids #fit #kidstrong
