I have already discussed major lies in part one and part two, focusing on the first two installments of Netflix’s 3 part docu series. Here, I will go over the lies told in the last part, so buckle up buttercups!

The third part starts off strong with something easily debunkable; thanks Ron Zonen for continuing to be a stupid cunt! You’re making my job more of a breeze!!
They begin by Zonen talking about how Michael is smiling in this deposition while being asked by a lawyer about Jordan Chandler and the CSA allegations from the Chandler family in 1993. Zonen, as per usual, lies his ass off. Notice how they don’t provide any context for this deposition?
That is because this deposition was not ABOUT the CSA allegation. It was for a civil lawsuit filed by the Neverland 5 (a group of 5 former employees who all sued Jackson for wrongful dismissal after being fired). Jackson countersued for theft, and he won, proving they were stealing his personal items and auctioning them off, etc. Many of these employees sold stories to tabloids and testified for the prosecution, which I will discuss in depth in this post. This deposition was taken at The Four Seasons Hotel in New York on March 1st, 1996. Jackson’s lawyers stop the questioning about Chandler because it has nothing to do with the fucking case. Jackson is clearly outraged and irritated, and in disbelief at the man’s fucking audacity, as the lawyer questioning him asks him if he has been accused of sexually abusing Macaulay Culkin or Brett Barnes; both vehemently deny abuse to this day and testified on his behalf! They then begin to introduce the Neverland 5, which I have talked about extensively in the past. Every single one of these witnesses for the prosecution splattered under cross examination, some of them signed legal declarations and testified before the 2 grand juries stating nothing ever happened and they never saw anything, 3 who testified repeatedly changed their stories and were caught in a multitude of lies on the witness stand—not to mention, they all sold stories to tabloids.
And don’t worry, I’ll cook them each individually. But for now, back to Zonen.
Zonen makes a very bold claim that supposedly girls never stayed in Michael’s bedroom, peddling this long debunked media lie that he was obsessed with little boys, and he even claims he never had a wife stay over.
Firstly, let’s address the lie about only boys being in Jackson’s room. This was debunked when numerous defense witnesses who were female testified to having slept in Jackson’s room during the trial. Among them, notable ones are: Chantal Robson (Wade Robson’s sister), Joy Robson (Wade Robson’s mother), Simone Jackson, Brandi Jackson, Karlee Barnes (Brett Barnes’ sister), Marie Elizabeth (Brett Barnes’ mother). Hell, even June Chandler who testified for the prosecution stated she was allowed to go anywhere on the property at any time. Another notable girl that slept in Michael’s room is Allison V. Smith, who said this, pictured below along with an excerpt from Dr. William B. Van Valin, who spent nights with Michael as a friend. He was an adult.
I mean seriously, how ridiculous!
Now that that nonsense is debunked, let’s address the second part of Zonen’s claim, which is that Michael Jackson never had his wife at the ranch. While true that they didn’t often spend time at the ranch (because Michael was living at her place most of the time), they did spend nights there as Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter has stated, including never before seen photos taken there. And not only that, but Michael on audio tape and Lisa Marie in her memoir corroborate the fact they weren’t often at the ranch because he stayed with her.
Michael, Lisa and her daughter Riley were all taking pictures the same night at the ranch. Riley posted these photos a couple of years ago.
Is Zonen trying to allege that Lisa Marie and Michael were not a “real” couple, or not in love? If so, Lisa Marie states otherwise and so does her daughter, as well as all of Michael’s family. Lisa Marie wrote of him in her memoir in quite a romantic way, stating she was “never happier” in her entire life than when she was with him. Other people corroborate the legitimacy of their relationship, including house staff member Judy Brisse, who has spoken out against James Safechuck, a posthumous accuser:
Judy Brisse worked for Michael for years. In this video, she talks about making cots for Lisa’s two children while they were staying at the ranch, to which Michael helped her. She states Lisa and Michael were dating at the time.
Ron Zonen then goes on to talk about other boys allegedly abused by Jackson including Wade Robson, Brett Barnes, and Macaulay Culkin. All three of these men who were all adults at the time testified for Jackson. All denied abuse. Macaulay Culkin in particular was absolutely pissed throughout his testimony, stating the prosecution never even talked to him to ask if it was true.
And Ron Zonen did perhaps the most shameful thing I’ve ever seen a prosecutor do during his questioning of Wade and Macaulay. A fan who was in the court room at the time and watched the testimony live stated the entire court was aghast at his conduct, and stated “At one point the prosecutor (Zonen) was so frustrated at how well he (Wade) was doing for the defense, he leaned on the podium out of frustration and goes ‘You know, maybe he did things to you and you were asleep’. Everybody in the court room just gasped, thinking how can they be so desperate?”

Diane Dimond talks about Jason Francia whilst pretending to cry, whom I previously mentioned in the second part of this series of posts. I linked a past post which had documents attached within it of his police interview in 1993. I cannot post them here, as tumblr has a picture limit, but you will see these documents in that linked post. Jason Francia was the only child that alleged anything about Michael despite the prosecution interviewing anywhere from 40 to 100 children. He originally denied the allegation that Michael did anything wrong to him, and after being pressured for hours, he caved. I will re-link the post for your easy access where you can look at pieces of the transcript yourself.

Now, Blanca Francia, as previously mentioned, extorted Michael Jackson amidst the Chandler allegations, using Larry Feldman to do it, the same civil attorney that worked for the Chandler’s and that then represented the Arvizo’s. She was also friends with Victor Gutierrez, and there is even a photo of her with him in the book he was sued over. Victor befriended many of Michael’s employees and was involved in the Neverland 5’s lawsuit.
Blanca Francia was one of Michael’s former maids that he fired in 1991. In 1993, she then sold a story to Hard Copy (Diane Dimond’s tv show) where she claimed she saw Wade Robson in the shower with MJ. She sold this story for $20,000. However, in 1994, 2005, AND 2016 she states under oath 3 separate times across decades that it never fucking happened and she never saw that. Diane Dimond embellishes anything and everything to do with Blanca Francia, claiming she saw numerous boys in the shower even though Blanca never said that even in her tabloid lies. In 1994 alone, Blanca stated under oath she saw ONLY Jackson in the shower 6+ times.
And, Blanca Francia literally sold pictures of her own son to tabloids for profit. She was deadass pimping her kid for cash despite his protests. But apparently MJ is the bad guy here? Yeah, right.
Adrian McManus, another former fired maid, unsurprisingly made her tabloid rounds as well. Before she started cashing in on her tabloid CSA lies, she was selling tell-all kinky sex stories about Michael and Lisa Marie. Which is it? Is the man a homosexual child molester or is he straight? Pick a damn struggle, bitch.
Not only was McManus found to have committed perjury and acted with malice in court, but she was one of the employees countersued by Jackson for theft. She still owes over a million dollars to the estate, which she never paid Jackson back for while he was alive. She gloats now about not having to, because he’s dead. She fabricates the most insane stories, claiming there were secret CP VHS tapes which raids never produced, claiming there were vast amounts of Vaseline everywhere to use to rape boys (even though literally none of his accusers have ever said anything about Vaseline), she claims she saw boy’s underwear all over the place with no proof, and she signed a legal declaration and testified in 1993-1994 that she never saw anything happen.
And by the way, the items she stole? Memorabilia, clothing, hats, games etc meant for sick children. She claimed in the trial that she saw Michael abuse Jordan Chandler and Macaulay Culkin. Obviously, her credibility was destroyed with Mac’s testimony.
Ralph Chacon was a security guard who was also fired by Jackson for theft. He claimed he walked around the ranch and saw Michael giving Jordan oral. He conceded to perjury in 1996 by stating he saw and heard things he later said he did not. He was sanctioned by the judge, and ordered to pay Michael Jackson for theft and malice, just as McManus was. Perjury was proven in the Neverland 5’s depositions, in which they all attempted to conceal connections to Victor Gutierrez. Later on, they admitted that Victor instructed them sell stories and paid them a couple hundred each to do so.
Chacon, like McManus, had stolen memorabilia and letters and stored them in a brief case, intending to appear on Hard Copy to sell stories for a vast amount of money, and to write a book.
Phillippe LeMarque and his wife were cooks briefly at Neverland for approximately 10 months. They claimed they saw Michael abusing Macaulay and that they were so shocked they dropped the food they were serving. Clearly though, they weren’t shocked enough, considering they along with all the other prosecution witnesses never reported anything to the police. His credibility was destroyed as well when Mac showed up. He sold stories to tabloids like all the rest, including Kassim Abdool, for money. After they left employment with Jackson, they went into the Internet pornography business after declaring bankruptcy. Baby them bills were dueeeeee lmao
They then talk about June Chandler who testified for the prosecution. She lied like the rest of them, and her good for nothing rotten son refused to testify when hunted down by the prosecution. In Michael’s FBI files, it states that Jordan told them he would “legally fight” any attempt to make him testify against Jackson. June Chandler admitted in her testimony that she had not seen or spoken to her son in 11 years, because Jordan Chandler sought legal emancipation from his parents following the Chandler allegations, which was granted to him as a young teenager. She also stated under oath that she was allowed to go anywhere on Jackson’s property at any time, as previously mentioned.
Unmentioned in this doc is that the defense had prepared for over 500 witnesses. They had uncalled witnesses there to testify against Jordan Chandler had he shown up, because Jordan had privately admitted to them that Jackson never touched him.
An LAPD officer then states in this documentary that the supposed description Jordan Chandler gave to police was a match. This is not true, and we have numerous verifiable documents to prove it.

Here is a post I made where a guilter tried to confront me specifically about this subject. In my response, I give tons of documentation to prove them wrong which I cannot upload on this post due to Tumblr’s image limit. Even in 1994, police sources told the media that the description didn’t match reality.
Not only did an officer that interviewed Jordan say he told her Jackson was circumcised which Jackson’s official autopsy disproves (he was uncircumcised), but the Chandler families attorney Feldman moved to have these photographs barred from court. Furthermore, no arrest warrant was made following this strip search.
Again, this was a search warrant. Had the description matched reality, Jackson would not have only been arrested immediately, but 2 separate grand juries would have absolutely indicted him based on this alone.
Aside from this proof, the story of markings allegedly matching has never been substantiated. Everyone on planet earth knew Jackson had vitiligo by this point, so no matter what Jordan said, it can’t be believed beyond a reasonable doubt. If it didn’t match, they could have simply excused it as a result of his having vitiligo. The Chandler family themselves admitted to talking about this tactic with their attorney Feldman in Ray Chandler’s (Evan Chandler’s brother) book All That Glitters. They also admit to the fact that if Michael had just given them millions of dollars, they wouldn’t have accused him of anything in said book. And, they admit to the fact they did not want the potential criminal trial to go before their civil lawsuit. Because Jackson would have won a criminal trial in 1994, and he would have won his original countersuit of extortion he filed against them.
Sorry Netflix, documentation and my working logical brain says you’re full of steaming shit 💩
Another lie Ron Zonen perpetuates is that the settlement is $23 million. I swear, these morons can’t fucking read court documents. The settlement was $15 million and is unredacted in the settlement agreement, written within the confession of judgement. They make up random figures: 20 mill, 23 mill, hell I’ve even seen 30 mill! It was 15 million.
They also keep pushing this idea that the civil settlement stopped the criminal investigation and potential trial. This is not true. A civil settlement cannot stop a criminal investigation and cannot stop the government from charging someone with a crime. The trial never happened because the Chandler family stopped cooperating with the police, though they did for around half a year following the settlement. Even after Jordan refused to testify, Sneddon still brought 2 grand juries. They found no evidence to indict Jackson.

The Netflix documentary then switches to focus on Janet Arvizo, the mother of the 2005’s trial accuser.
FYI, Janet Arvizo got on the witness stand and said Michael Jackson was trying to abduct her kids via a hot air balloon to deport them to Brazil. You would have to be a complete and utter moron to believe her testimony. She and her children also alleged they were kept away from clocks, despite clocks being every goddamn place at the ranch, including a GIANT clock in front of the Neverland Train Station.

I’ve discussed the Arvizo allegations in depth, and will not repeat myself here. What I will say is this: the reason the conspiracy charge was made and the reason this outlandish story of being held hostage was created was because the police, during their raids, broke their search warrant and entered an office they didn’t have a warrant for. There, they found video footage of the Arvizo’s dated AFTER the original felony complaint. This is why the prosecution completely changed their timeline. The video, which is linked in my Arvizo thread, completely disproved their allegation of abuse.
So the prosecution ultimately showed up to trial with a timeline as follows. Michael Jackson has this kid around him for numerous years and only AFTER the entire goddamn world is watching him and he’s being actively investigated by two different police forces, the FBI, CPS etc for molestation does he then decide to actually molest the little fuck.
Again, you would have to be a complete and utter moron to believe this.
Ron Zonen lies once more (how many times now?) claiming Michael only befriended families and kids that didn’t have father figures. That isn’t true: the Barnes family, the Macaulkin family, the Cascio family, and many more.
The Arvizo’s falsely accused their father of CSA against the daughter. The daughter admitted to this on the witness stand in the trial. He was ostracized by them, and at the encouragement of Janet Arvizo, the mother, the children started essentially harassing Michael Jackson, calling him their “daddy”. Even Janet herself called him their “daddy”, all of which was an obvious attempt to emotionally manipulate him into staying in contact. In reality, Jackson did not actually spend much time around the Arvizo family. Gavin himself testified to this stating frustration at Michael having “abandoned” him. Michael Jackson did not trust this family, and wanted to distance himself as much as possible. They repeatedly tried to call him and send him letters, all of which was proven in court. And other celebrities, including George Lopez, testified to the Arvizo family trying to extort them prior to Jackson.
They go on to talk about Debbie Rowe. They claim she was totally anti-Jackson, but she was subpoenaed to testify for the prosecution, aka forced. Their dumbasses thought she was about to pull up to court to slander her man. They were out of their goddamn minds for calling his ex wife to testify for them. Hell, at that point they should have called Lisa Marie Presley too so she could give a global dick report on the man, considering she said he was the best she ever had 🤣😭
Debbie Rowe, you were a queen for swindling these racist white prosecutors and protecting your man. She is an icon and she is the moment 😂 I imagine it all went something like this:

Debbie Rowe’s testimony was the most devastating to the prosecution. She served as an unexpected character witness for Jackson, she accused everyone of using and abusing him, etc. The prosecution attempted to impeach her, because she destroyed their case for the final time. Speaking of impeachment, the prosecution also impeached numerous other witnesses that were their own.
Impeachment means to discredit and tell the jury and judge not to believe a witness. They impeached their own fucking witnesses. That is how laughable this case was.
Toward the end of this shameful Netflix doc, they bring up those two fuckass photography books. I’ve made numerous posts about them, which I will link, as I will not repeat myself for a 3rd damn time. These books are not pornographic nor are they erotic, and the prosecution seized other photography books of girls that they intentionally ignored to argue that Jackson was “boy obsessed”.

The jury immediately following the verdict gave televised interviews stating there was no evidence they saw that could prove the prosecution’s case. Both the Chandler and Arvizo allegations (the only allegations that existed during his life) were tried SIMULTANEOUSLY!

Exposing Netflix’s Michael Jackson: The Verdict Pt 2
As I have done in my first extensive post covering the first episode in a 3 part “documentary series” released by Netflix, I will now go over the second ep.

I want to start this post off by saying that the only thing that has managed to draw out actual emotion from me viewing this documentary is the real footage of Michael’s fans all over the world showing up to this trial to support him in the public eye. Michael at this time in his life had been essentially blacklisted by the music industry, ostracized by the media, and turned into a caricature. I’m sure seeing all of his fans there to support him meant a lot to him, and was why he continued to let them approach him despite the death threats and allegations from people stabbing him in the back.
Kerry Anderson states that Michael made a point to let fans approach, and that what mattered to him throughout the trial was the fans. He goes on to state that Michael loved his fans, which we all know, and to that I’ll state that we love you too Michael, though you’re no longer with us. And that is why we will never stop defending you, and that is why I am compiling these posts.
They begin after Kenny Anderson speaks by introducing two jury members who were part of the 12 that reached a unanimous Not Guilty verdict. Not shown are the 8 alternates who also maintained they saw no evidence of guilt from the prosecution in the televised live interview of the entire Jury following this verdict in 2005. Though the 8 alternates did not deliberate, they too sat in for the entire trial.
Now, for the sake of transparency, I will link a post I made prior answering an ask that discusses the two jurors that famously flipped after the verdict, despite BOTH of them stating to anti-Jackson media outlets that there was no evidence proving guilt.

Ron Zonen, one of the prosecutors in Jackson’s trial, claims that they felt that Jackson was so famous he was “getting away” with his crimes. Obviously, Jackson’s fame did not stop him from being unrightfully prosecuted (as if it had been anyone else, such a bogus case would have never went to trial to begin with), and yet the jury themselves state in their televised interviews in 2005 that they did NOT CARE about Jackson’s celebrity and that they decided as a unit to judge him as they would anyone.
Diane Dimond later states that supposedly Gavin said Michael requested he and Star sleep in his bedroom, and for them to ask for permission from their parents. Again, this is not true, as Jackson himself stated in the Bashir doc that they asked to sleep in the room with him and that he said they could if they asked their parents first (which he did with every child), and Frank Cascio on video corroborated Michael’s story, long before the Cascio family flipped to make allegations of their own for some cash!
It should be noted here that the Cascio family knew Michael for decades (and he met and befriended the parents before most of their children were born), and that this family defended Michael Jackson for over 25 years. Both on live tv and in private.
Frank Cascio was Michael’s assistant. Frank was in the room along with Michael’s two oldest children Prince and Paris Jackson. All the children slept in the bed, and Michael and Frank slept on the floor. Even Gavin, the accuser, took the stand and stated he wasn’t sleeping in the damn bed with Michael.
The reason the Cascio family did not testify in the 2005 trial was because Frank Cascio was named an un-indicted co-conspirator, for Jackson’s conspiracy charge. Other individuals were also named. The entire Cascio family was implied to be co-conspirators as a result, which discouraged valuable witness testimony due to fear of being prosecuted themselves. In other words, it was a way for the prosecution to effectively gag pro-Jackson people.
This did not stop the Cascio’s from defending Michael in interviews publicly, however.
It should also be noted that Frank Cascio was named by the accuser and brother of the accuser who alleged he showed them porn on a laptop. Their stories change between who was operating the laptop by one saying Michael and the other saying Frank, but Frank was literally accused of CSA alongside Michael in the criminal trial. Which makes the Cascio families recent allegations absurd even more so than they already are, because if Michael is guilty, SO ARE THEY! They would be guilty of not only CSA but of conspiracy!
Now color me fucking SHOCKED! They actually brought up a major inconsistency in Star Arvizo’s testimony!
Yes, it is true that Star Arvizo claimed he walked up the stairs in Michael’s bedroom and caught Gavin being molested while unconscious. Not only does his description of this scene continuously change throughout police interviews, grand jury interviews, and his actual sworn testimony in the trial, but there was a MAJOR issue with his story: the alarm!

Star contradicted himself many other times in his testimony. His cross examination was absolutely devastating to the prosecution’s case, as was his brother Gavin’s. He claimed the alarm couldn’t be heard if the door was closed, which again, was disproven on video.
He also claimed that Michael had shown him and Gavin a specific magazine. Tom Mesereau got him to repeatedly state it was that exact magazine, which had Gavin’s finger prints on them. Only to reveal to the child and the jury that this magazine was not published until well after the Arvizo’s left Neverland Ranch, meaning MJ showing them such a thing was impossible. 👇

It should also be noted that one of the staff members testified to Star Arvizo’s BRANDISHING a KNIFE at her in the kitchen while she was washing dishes. She also testified to the fact the staff complained about the Arvizo children, stating they vandalized the property, that they threw stuff at them, etc. And not only that, another child that was there at the time and that hung out with Star and Gavin privately accused the two boys of sexual assault. They were also accused of harassing young girls on the property and defacing furniture and personal items. They stole alcohol from the kitchen and the wine cellar, and were caught by staff members.
And by the way, Star Arvizo years after this trial was accused of bashing his girlfriend’s face into the dashboard of a car. He lied repeatedly under oath in that trial in 2016, as well. He and his brother also falsely accused their biological father of molesting their sister while he and the mother were divorcing. The Arvizo family had also falsely accused a JCPenny store of sexual abuse to get settlement money, and had committed welfare fraud against the United States Government.
But ah, that’s not all: Gavin Arvizo also danced with his wife at their wedding to none other than Michael Jackson’s songs. Would you dance to your abusers music at your wedding? Yeah, I didn’t think so.
But wait! There’s more! See the name attached? It was Diane Dimond who reported it. Diane Dimond, who attended Ron Zonen’s wedding with the Arvizo’s and Louise Palanker who also appeared in this Netflix documentary as a “family friend” lmao! She is MARRIED TO THE PROSECUTOR! They married while he was still a prosecutor and were dating during the trial. How a State prosecutor can be allowed to date a State witness is fucking beyond me! And Palanker testified in the trial, and she was the only person that even somewhat corroborated this “MJ held the Arvizo’s captive” story, though her whole testimony was essentially hearsay.
Her testimony backfired on her gravely, because she didn’t realize her initial interview with sheriff’s had been recorded. In this initial interview, she stated Gavin and Star had been coached.

Diane and Stacy Brown make a whole spectacle of Michael having shown up to court in pajamas like it’s some humiliation ritual they must carry out on a dead man, as if the first time wasn’t enough. Because he fell and re-injured his back, which he had already sustained extensive injury to in the 90’s during a concert production accident where he fell over 20ft off a bridge that collapsed during a show. Jackson showed up to the court house late, and was helped to walk by the people with him. I personally remember watching this footage live as a child. It is burned into my memory forever. I was incredibly disturbed by the media’s portrayal of this, as it was obvious to me even as a child that Michael Jackson was in a lot of physical pain. I remember crying watching this footage with my mother. I will never, ever, EVER forget what the media did to this man. Not for the rest of my life, and I hope to fucking GOD I never see anything the likes of it again.
Stacy Brown, for those of you who may not know, was a former friend of the Jackson family and a defender of Michael Jackson. That was, until the media dollars rolled in, where he then made a complete 180 and began guilting him. He’s told many lies over the decades to the media, he’s lied plenty about the allegations, and he tried to encourage a trial witness for the defense who was eventually not called (she was there to testify against Jordan Chandler) to “fluff up” her testimony. The witness stated that she felt he was trying to get her to embellish her story of Jordan telling her Michael didn’t abuse him so she could be discredited, to which she never did “fluff up” anything. You can watch her testimony on Square One, a documentary that actually goes over the first allegation and talks to witnesses for the defense that were ultimately not called upon, some due to Jordan Chandler not showing up to trial.
Stacy Brown testified in the trial for the prosecution. He was found to have been plotting a book, wherein lies are told about the Chandler allegations. You can read more about this in my Chandler allegation thread and Arvizo thread which are linked at the bottom of the first post, linked at the very top of this post.
Diane Dimond then goes on to read alleged notes she took during the trial, talking about things Gavin said on the stand. She talks about alleged acts of molestation, yet doesn’t mention that Gavin Arvizo was caught in lie after lie by Tom Mesereau during his cross examination. One example being that Gavin claimed Michael told him “boys have to masturbate or else they’ll go out and rape women”, something disproven by the fact that in his police interview, Gavin stated his GRANDMOTHER told him this. When confronted about the obvious lie, Gavin stated that his grandmother and Michael Jackson just so happened to say the exact same thing word for word.
Other contradictions in the alleged acts of molestation are that Gavin originally claimed he was molested 7 times. This later changed to 5 times during interviews, and then on the witness stand during the trial, it changed to 2 TIMES! To go even further, Star Arvizo told a story about Michael Jackson coming up to the second level of the bedroom fully naked, sitting down on the bed with an erection and talking to him and Gavin for minutes. Gavin also told a story about this, but in his version? Michael comes up the stairs, grabs something quickly and runs back down. Where did the bed sitting and conversation go? What about the supposed erection? There it goes, up up and away in the wind 🍃🍃🍃 along with their credibility lmao
Oh, and btw, when asked about Michael’s skin disease vitiligo? Gavin said he didn’t realize it caused blotching on the body, and stated and I quote: “I thought he was all white.” Yet he claims to have seen Michael completely nude? That doesn’t make sense. If he had, he would have known about the blotching.
This isn’t me mentioning every contradiction. If you want to uncover it all, you have to read the transcripts from the trial yourself. But these are some that come to mind.
Ah, they end this second episode by trying to create intrigue over the 1108 evidence. As discussed in the first post, CA law allows a prosecution to bring in evidence of a prior alleged sex crime even if a defendant was never charged. They brought in tabloid whores like Adrian McManus and Blanca Francia (and many more), people even the tabloids didn’t trust. Blanca Francia’s son alleged MJ tickled him and touched his balls and that he needed therapy, which DA Sneddon sat in on. Jason Francia originally denied that Jackson ever hurt him, and only cracked after the cops told him other people had been molested by Jackson and that he could save them if he admitted to something happening.

Blanca Francia never sued MJ, she got ahold of Larry Feldman, the civil attorney that extorted Jackson during the Chandler allegations and was plotting to once more during the Arvizo allegations, to privately threaten him saying she would accuse him if she didn’t get money. She, like the rest of the prosecution witnesses, splattered under cross examination and recanted stories she sold to tabloids. As for Jason Francia himself, when he was asked why he said Jackson touched him by Tom Mesereau, Jason responded with “I was trying to figure out how to get out of there”, referring to the police interrogations he experienced as a child.
For now, I will leave you all with this. I still have one more part to watch through and debunk accordingly, but until then, chew on these facts. And don’t forget to keep stunting on these lying bitches 🤣
Wow, what a way to start things off with footage of the Neverland Ranch raid from 2003, which was an obvious PR stunt carried out by the prosecution, who aimed to make a media spectacle of it for the world to see. Mind you, they found absolutely nothing in said raid, or in any other raid carried out against Jackson from 1993 onward.
The first person they bring in is J. Randy Taraborrelli, a known liar and tabloid whore—and don’t any of you worry, there’s plenty more where that came from that I’ll cook as well in other posts.
Randy Taraborrelli has written two books about Michael Jackson over the decades, none of which Michael himself ever endorsed. And in these books, he embellishes many stories about Michael, and throughout the editions of these books, his stories continuously change. He claims to be close friends with Michael (and has for decades), and yet he only met Michael one time because Taraborrelli was head of a Diana Ross fan club and got the opportunity to meet and interview Michael when they were both teenagers. There is exactly one photograph of them together, from the 70’s, pictured below.
In Randy’s book Michael Jackson: The Magic, The Madness he tells a lie that Emmanuel Lewis’ mother did not want Michael to be around the child star and put an end to their friendship. In reality, this did not happen and Emmanuel Lewis himself has stated such. He also tells a tale of the 1993 strip search Jackson was forced to submit to by police, a specific version of a story told in Victor Gutierrez’s book Michael Jackson Was My Lover, a book that he was sued for (along with a slanderous interview in which he told Hard Copy he had a video of Michael Jackson sexually abusing his own child family member),which effectively bankrupted him. He also borrows heavily from Ray Chandler’s (Evan Chandler’s brother) book All That Glitters, which ALSO borrows from the above mentioned Gutierrez pedo fantasy novel. In fact, most of MJWML and ATG are nearly identical, aside from the alleged sexual acts. This is because Ray Chandler and the rest of the Chandler family worked with Gutierrez to create this CSA hoax in the first place. Remember, Gutierrez managed to somehow tell these stories first (in 1997), while Ray didn’t until 2004. That’s Gutierrez telling the exact same version of events from the Chandler camp 7 full years before they did themselves.
Now, let’s move on, seeing as I’ve already displayed all the ways in which Randy Taraborrelli is not a credible source for anything pertaining to MJ.
Martin Bashir is a highly unethical “journalist”, yet no outright mention of the criminal behavior he and BBC took part in regarding Princess Diana to be found in this hit piece!
Martin Bashir tells a lie claiming that Michael brought Gavin in to be a part of Bashir’s slanderous documentary LWMJ, yet in the 2005 criminal trial, Gavin Arvizo himself testified stating that Michael planned to have Dave Dave (Davin Rothenberg) in the documentary, and that Bashir then completely omitted Dave Dave from the documentary.

Dave Dave was a close friend of Michael and was an adult at the time, though he’d known Jackson from childhood. Bashir insisted on having Gavin in the movie instead, as Gavin was still a child.
Martin Bashir, in this netflix hit piece, goes on to tell a complete lie about Michael supposedly sleeping in bed with Gavin, and then playing a clip from his movie, despite this longsince being proven edited.
What was not originally aired, and what continues to be perpetuated by the media and these hit pieces is Michael supposedly saying he slept in a bed with Gavin. What he went on to say was “always give the beds to the company”.
Oh and by the way, Bashir told Gavin to put his head on Michael’s shoulder and instructed them to hold hands behind the camera. Because while Bashir was filming Michael, Michael had his team secretly film him without him knowing. This documentary was proven to be maliciously edited in court, Bashir took the stand and refused to answer questions saying he had protections as a journalist under shield law, and even Gavin said that the portrayal of Michael in Bashir’s film was not truthful.
Let’s move on to the next person interviewed: Diane Dimond.
Diane Dimond has had a 3+ decade career built upon slandering Michael Jackson. She has lied and claimed he possessed CP, she allowed tabloid liars onto her show Hard Copy (a 90’s tabloid TV show), most notable being Victor Gutierrez.
This is the interview Michael Jackson sued him for and won, being awarded 2.7 million dollars, which bankrupted that bitch. Victor then fled the country and was later convicted of the same shit in Chile. Michael sued Diane Dimond too, but she was let off the hook, claiming journalistic privilege. Same thing Bashir did. Noticing a pattern yet?

Not only did Diane Dimond state of Victoria Gutierrez (a self admitted pedophile and NAMBLA member) “I’ve never had a doubt about this person, ever!”, but she was in bed with the prosecution and DA Tom Sneddon during the trial and the media swarm leading up to it. They regularly leaked biased info to her which she reported.
Diane, in Netflix’s doc, lies and states that the 1994 Chandler civil settlement is what caused the Chandler allegations to never go to trial. However, what no one makes mentions of is that the Chandler allegations and evidence from 1993-1994 were tried alongside the Arvizo case in 2005’s criminal trial.
This was due to CA Evidence Code 1108, otherwise known as “prior bad acts” evidence, which allows a prosecution in the state of California to bring in evidence of an alleged similar sex crime against a defendant even if they were never previously charged, such as in Jackson’s case. This means that the Jury did in fact hear and see evidence of BOTH allegations, and still met a unanimous not guilty.
What she also fails to mention is this: IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR A CIVIL SETTLEMENT TO PREVENT A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OR CRIMINAL TRIAL IN THE UNITED STATES!
Nothing can stop the government from charging someone with a crime. Jackson was forced into a settlement with the Chandler family due to his rights being violated by the judge, and being deposed for the civil trial while the criminal investigation was pending. Had he given deposition, it would have revealed his entire defense to a prosecutor actively hunting him down, which the DA could then take and use to tailor his criminal case against Jackson.
The criminal investigation continued for half a year following this civil settlement. The reason the Chandler’s never went to trial in 1994 was because they stopped cooperating with the police, and the accuser Jordan Chandler refused to testify. Despite his refusal, DA Sneddon brought 2 grand juries (one in LA and another in Santa Barbara) to review evidence for the case. They convened, reviewed the evidence and heard witness testimony from 400+ people, and then said they wouldn’t indict Jackson.
She goes on later in this doc to tell a tale of complete fabrication with ZERO evidence to substantiate it, a story she made up and put in her book where she tells plenty of other lies. She claims Michael was “entertaining a group of teenage boys who all spoke German”, where they were all, Michael included, heavily drinking liquor and smoking cigars. Yeah, likely story there, Dimond.
Honestly, I would need an entire thread to go through Diane alone, but let’s move on to Vincent Amen.
Vincent Amen alleges that Michael Jackson gave Star Arvizo the nickname “blowhole”, showing off Polaroid photos that were evidence in the 2005 trial. But this is a lie—Star Arvizo testified and stated numerous times that HE chose that nickname for himself and stated he made it up himself.

There is ZERO evidence to prove Michael ever owned such a thing, let alone circled things like this. Vinnie even went to the prosecution and they deemed him inconsistent and non credible, refusing to call him as a witness. The prosecution, who called upon some of the least credible people I’ve ever seen in any court case, chose not to call this guy who claims he had proof that MJ was trying to get ahold of CP? Yeah, again like Dimond, likely fucking story bud.
Amen owns this magazine, and has for decades, sold stories about it for decades, but supposedly it’s MJ’s? What the hell, sure!
DA Tom Sneddon who was spearheading the prosecution never notated anything about Helios or any such related DVDs that Amen claims were circled throughout any court filing or within any search warrant and seizure from 2003-2005. And none of the items supposedly circled were ever found in Michael Jackson’s possession.
Michael did own nudist magazines from the 1930’s which were not pornographic, as confirmed in actual documentation. None of these materials had DNA evidence on them, either, as confirmed in forensic examiner testimony.
Michael owned thousands of books of all sorts of things, and collected all sorts of stuff. The man was borderline a hoarder. Said “nude children” were not the focus of these magazines. They were part of a nudist community. Any pornographic or erotic material found focused solely on adult women.
And I should also mention: Vinnie Amen’s wife, Rina Oh, was literally a pimp for Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein victim’s have accused her of this. 🤔🤔🤔 Me thinks this circled CP is his idkkkkkkk guys lol
Now, let’s talk about Dr. Stanley Katz
Dr. Katz came into contact with the Arvizo family through Larry Feldman. Larry Feldman was referred to the Arvizo family by their at the time attorney Dickerman, who admitted to referring them in his testimony. It was stated that Feldman was the “go-to” guy on anything Michael Jackson, which is quite peculiar, seeing as Feldman only ever worked on ONE case involving Michael Jackson: the Chandler allegation of 1993. Similarly, Dr. Katz admitted that Larry Feldman was plotting to file a civil lawsuit on behalf of the Arvizo family, which Dickerman corroborates in his testimony, stating he has a fee-sharing arrangement with Feldman.
Of course, DA Sneddon lied to the media and claimed the Arvizo’s didn’t want money, yet both attorneys they had stated otherwise and the psychologist they queried did as well.
After being referred to Larry Feldman, Feldman then referred the Arvizo family to Dr. Stanley Katz, a psychologist who specializes in the field of child sexual abuse. More importantly, this is the same exact psychologist that interviewed Jordan Chandler in 1993. Dr. Katz was formerly also involved in the highly controversial McMartin preschool trial. He was the Director of Training and Professional Education at the Children’s Institute International (CII). Kee McFarlane, who initially interviewed the McMartin children, worked under him. During his cross examination at Jackson’s 2005 trial, Dr. Katz testified that he did the assessments of the McMartin children. The CII’s role in the McMartin case has been widely criticized in professional circles. Their interviewing techniques are considered coercive and manipulative which may lead children to make false allegations of sexual abuse.
Dr. Stanley Katz, who operated his organization CII in the 1980’s, and one which resulted in HUNDREDS of falsely coerced child sex abuse allegations and mass hysteria, was the prosecution’s star witness.
Credibility? Nada 👎🏻

the biggest thing im nervous about with the doc is the mention of the books because guilters to this day use this as proof. even if none of the physical abuse happened, they use it as proof of his attraction. given the circumstances of who created the books, the way it was stored, the maid who was friends with n4mbl4 people and she was the only one who had access to it suggesting she was in on it or a pedo herself, the inscription, etc. i feel like we can use the argument that he had thousands of books and these were legal art books as much as we want but at the end of the day that was the point, the two men (convicted pedos) that created them had to make them legal, by mixing them with innocent photos etc, to be able to sell them to other pedos around the world freely. they literally had a mailing list and those books were expensive af for a reason. there's people on twitter already talking about it and when more people find this out i dont think they'll care about anything else, much as guilters and the media did not. the guilters already say his inscription was for plausible deniability and the "fan" that sent it to him as rhonda was code nickname for the actual pedo who sent it to him given the way they capitalised the name rhonda etc and it being similar to his actual name, suggesting mike knew who it was and it had to be sent to him again for plausible deniability. honestly i believe he is innocent but i dont know how to change their minds about these books.
This is the last time I am going to address these fuckass photography books. I am tired of guilters screaming about 60’s retail photography books, when 16 hard drives were finely combed through by the FBI which produced NOTHING!
Every single digital device was seized and forensically analyzed. Over 680GB of data was combed through. Not a shred of evidence was found to substantiate these allegations. No CP, no search for CP, nothing at all!
Not only have I never come across actual evidence to prove that these photography books were created by NAMBLA or edited by convicted pedophiles (the only sources I can find are coming from websites like MJFacts.com which has no primary source for their claim), but these photography books had over 40 photographers around the world that took pictures, and the majority of photographs within these books are candid portraits of kids doing domestic activities. One of these books even features the children that acted in the black and white film for Lord of the Flies.
And it was NOT just these two books seized. They also seized a third photography book that included girls in similar candid portraits, and then ignored it to push this “Michael is obsessed with little boys” narrative that was NEVER SUBSTANTIATED.
These books were sent to Michael by a fan. Detective Smith testified to this during the 2005 criminal trial, stating they were found among other fan mail.
DA Tom Sneddon never even had either of these books tested for DNA/fingerprints and neither seized copy was ever shown to have been looked at by Jackson—no folded corners, no marked pages, etc. Only an inscription of him talking about how he hopes his children can be as happy as the kids appear on the front cover of one of said books, which reads to me as though he was going to send it back to the sender and then forgot about it.
These books were widely sold all over America and even translated into other languages and sold internationally. One of them was reprinted half a dozen times. They appeared in college libraries, for Christ’s sake. They are listed in the Library of Congress.
Jackson owned over 10,000 books. There was no child erotica and no CP ever found. Only vintage retail photography books that any asshat can purchase to this day online. Fucking Amazon had these damn books for sale at one point. And, they were sent to him. He did not purchase them and every subsequent raid after 1993 failed to produce these books again, meaning Jackson never sought them out. There were extensive searches on the internet for pornography of ADULT WOMEN and there was erotica in his possession of ADULT WOMEN. Period!

I’m so fucking sick of this argument being brought up again and again. I’m so sick of guilters making up arguments that cannot be proven, just like the prosecution did.
Now, we know that one of these “suspicious” books were sent by a fan named Rhonda, and saying it was a nickname for an actual pedophile that Michael knew is unsubstantiated and it’s just being said as another excuse to going to buy into Jackson’s guilt. Before, they would say “Well, the creators of those books were pedophiles and other pedophiles were caught with these books.” You know what else was also found with these apparent pedophiles? ACTUAL CSAM. Something that Michael was NEVER caught with. Hell, even the prosecution and defense had agreed in 2005 that he had NO CSAM in his possession.
Something that’s also important to note is that these photography books were confiscated in 1993, and TWO grand juries had reviewed them and still refused to indict Jackson. Sneddon had brought them back as an attempt to save face because their case was so piss poor.
The whole thing about Blanca Francia helping the police discover the books is very suspicious in my opinion, as Francia had left Neverland 2-3 years prior to it being raided. You’re telling me that they called an ex-employee who says she hadn’t been there since being fired, but also telling that she was the only one who had a key to the cabinet? No other current employee did? Or they couldn’t get a locksmith either? And let’s not even talk about her connection with a self admitted pedophile.
I would also like to say that something like pedophilia is an addiction. They can start off with innocent photos of children until that doesn’t have the same hit, and they will graduate to more brutal and violent material such as CSAM. You don’t see this in Michael Jackson’s case. If you were to say that Jackson used those art book (and not the mountains of images of naked ladies) for sexual gratification, he didn’t seem to care about it very much. He never attempted to find those books again or searched for any CSAM if he was graduating to that type of material. We see it in his FBI files and police reports where they found no evidence that he was searching it online or attempting to contact minors on the internet (Fun Fact: TCAP had just aired one episode of their investigations at this point).
Bringing this is reminds me how a while back, I saw someone in the tags researching these books and their findings were “These books were hard to find and when I did find them, they were very disturbing.” I blocked that person cause I knew they were going to come with their BS.

It's crazy that, in order to believe MJ was guilty, you have to either be completely misinformed, or to believe in most insane batshit things. 1: that Michael had time travelling powers to abuse a boy in 1991/1992 inside a train station that didnt exist until 1994, and abuse the same boy on a Disney park in 1988 before it even existed in 1992. 2, that Michael had telepathic abilities to abuse a boy that was thousands and miles away from him on the fucking Grand Canyon with his family. 3, that Michael was simultaneously an evil mastermind genius capable of abusing hundres of boys and grooming billions of fans, and also the most incompetent pedophile in the whole world with no CSAM ever found anywhere, that would want his "former victims" to testify in his trial instead of, ya know, trying to silence them, that protected his nephew Taj when he was molested by another relative, and always keeping the children's family close, safe and well informed about everything they were doing, and even presenting his nephew to Wade and knowing they were dating lol like, where is the grooming/isolating boys from girls??? Correction: James Safechuck alleged he was anally raped hundreds of times in the upstairs loft of the Neverland Ranch Train Station from 1988-1989. He states this happened at the beginning of their “relationship”, not the end.
As we know from county records, the train station was not even approved for build until 1993, and it wasn’t even completed until late 1994. And, furthermore, he couldn’t have been abused inside of it until at least 1995, as Michael was living in NY with his wife Lisa Marie, on the other side of the country.
Which means this is a very real 6 year time discrepancy in his allegations. Of course, this was a huge deal and made headlines, and it wasn’t the estate that found this evidence—it was us, the fans.
Another correction: it wasn’t Wade Robson’s mother that said she was happy when Michael died. It was Stephanie Safechuck, James Safechuck’s mother. But your point still stands, as neither of these men claimed they knew they’d been abused at the time. So her story of dancing when he died makes no sense. Not to mention, both mothers have been caught liking Michael Jackson stuff on the internet since their son’s allegations broke.
Michael was nice enough to offer Stephanie a loan to buy a house with a much lower interest rate than she could have obtained elsewhere. She and her family then proceeded to not pay back the loan, and it wasn’t until I believe 1997 that MJ then eventually forgave their debt.
Stephanie and James also tell another lie in this movie, claiming the theater doors could be locked, which is not true. They are fire doors. There is another lie told by tabloids claiming the glass in the theater rooms was one-way glass, so no one could see them “having sex” inside it?? Yet in Michael’s live tv Oprah interview, we can clearly see the rooms and see that it is not one-way glass. Those rooms were designed to have hospital beds in them so terminally ill children could enjoy the theater like the rest of the kids that came to the ranch.
Also, couldn’t her dumbass just walk around the side to look into the room? Lmao
James spins tales of being abused at every well known area of Neverland Ranch, despite the fact numerous of these locations did not exist at the time of his alleged “honeymoon phase” of 1988-1989. Michael Jackson only secured the deed to the property in April 1988, and construction had not been fully underway until later for quite a lot of the property.
1) The train station claim is one of, if not the most significant discrepancy in their allegations. To make it work, Safechuck would have been 17-19 years old, which wouldn’t be plausible either as in all of his declarations, he’s adamant that the abuse was from ‘88-‘92. I do fear that given that the new Cascio allegations where they claim Michael was seeking sexual favors from them into their adulthood, people will start thinking it is possible and just discard the timeline Safechuck already set because “trauma messes with memory.”
2) While James never outright said he was abused before 2013, his mother, Stephanie, said he told her in 2005 that Michael was a “bad man.” She never asked what that meant and I’m assuming just guessed that he meant he had been abused by him, based on the situation. It still doesn’t make the matter less confusing, as he’s said multiple times, he wasn’t aware it was abused at all until “Wade came out.” This also goes to the point that Michael had to have been the most incompetent pedophile as, according to James, called him to make him testify in 2005. As you and I both know, James was already considered a non-entity before the trial. He signed a declaration saying he wasn’t abused, and nobody made an allegation about him. Back to the call, he says Michael had asked him to testify to which James said no. According to James, Michael got angry and said that James had perjured himself years ago, and that he was going to get his lawyers on him. We have Michael who stupidly admitted that something happened, and it didn’t click for James until SEVEN years later? Or did it, according to his mother?
3) Adjacent to number two, the call to Safechuck was very opposite to the call to Robson. Robson had said that Michael had called to him to ask him to testify. During the call, Michael told Wade that people were saying that they did “disgusting sexual stuff” and they needed to fight it. Nevermind that Michael wouldn’t have called anyone, that’s what Scott Ross’s job was, but the difference between the two accounts is night and day. Why would he admit the acts to James but deny them with Wade? Describing the acts as “disgusting” when, according to them, he said it was an expression of love. Like anon said, it feels like we’re talking about two different pedophiles.
4) Speaking of the loan, Stephanie had said that the loan wasn’t forgiven until they spoke on behalf of Michael during the Chandler allegations. She said that Michael wasn’t paying them off for their involvement but that the timing was right. Obviously it wasn’t when the loan wasn’t forgiven until a few years afterwards and there’s documentation that says so. I don’t know if she purposely said that to make the loan seem like a pay off, or if she is simply misremembering. I wouldn’t doubt that Michael forgave the debt after so long because they weren’t going to pay it off and I believe that’s the reason it was but I could be wrong.

I won’t be saying too much but all I can say is it’s a good movie for the ones that don’t know too much about his story. A friend came along with me and she said she had no idea about the Pepsi incident, which most fans know when and how it happened. That being said, if you are a longtime or super fan, you’re not leaving with anything you don’t already know. I wish there was more dialogue, as I felt it was pushed aside for performance and recordings. Aside from that, the inaccuracies didn’t bother me much, as I’m not too big on detail. I would watch this movie over and over again if I could, but I’ll wait until it’s streaming. They gotten 30 years of his life in one movie but like they said, HiStory continues.
