dany fans when you say that irreconcilable political interests is a valid reason for sansa to not wanna kiss her ass
Avatar duos as texts ✨
when i'm in a what the fuck are my sons doing competition and my opponents are jake sully and maekar targaryen
i actually love the idea of Tuk being a perfect little angel to Neteyam and Kiri but an absolute menace to society with Lo'ak because he's easier to convince to enable her
look at Neytiri's stupid ass boys. not a single thought behind those eyes. no concept whatsoever of abstract thought or object permanence.
i don't even know how i personally feel about modern avatar aus but i had a funny modern fic idea centred around lo'ak and tuk and now i'm debating writing it
They look like one of their kids just told them they put a bead in their nose
lo'ak keeps doing the first thing that occurs to him as soon as it occurs to him and the narrative keeps handing him moral victories for it and it's so fucking funny for that. the one time he tried to follow jake's orders, the entire situation detonated anyway and i feel like jake would appreciate it if, for once, the narrative would reward his son for being stationary. sorry, jake. the narrative prefers your son at the emotional epicenter of a crisis.
they make me emotional.
let's wear our riding chaps like mama
— jake, about lo'ak.
but it's his actual son. and he does indeed have beef w him irl
three-body problem (one-shot)
this is a very JAKE HUG YOUR SONS type of day
probably the saddest thing i've ever written why did i do this to myself

did jim cameron ever explain how the FUCK tommy was a PhD at 22? i was still doing my undergrad at 22.
i want lo'ak to remain an outcast in A4. or at least outcast-adjacent. jim cam, please don't mold my boy to fit neatly into place anywhere. his categorical inability to be normal is part of his charm. :(
